Her Story Unveiled

The story here goes like so.............
Sid arrives at the hospital running. Tears stricking down his face. Karan had as always masked his emotions. Sid comes forward running towards Karan asking him where Monu is? Karan signals towards the OT. Sid tries to get inside the OT but the Doctors stop him. Faizi tries to console him and he breaks down there itself. Sanjana (Sanju) looks at Sid and wishes to console but she couldn't, she couldn't help him out then. It would be making a buzz in the Academy.
The Nurse came out of the OT and said " Patient ke family members aur medical history , kuch to dijiye uski condition critical hoti jaa rahi hai"
Sid was shocked. He stood up and said "Sister mai hoon uska family memeber. Mere paas uske exact medical details to nahi hai but ha main apko bata sakta hoon usse kab kab problems huyi hai."
Nurse - " Ok thik hai toh bataiye."
Sid - "Ji Sister. Toh usse bachpan me malaria huya tha uske alawa nothing else. Thodi bohot Zukaam hoti thi but not anymore."
Nurse - "Ok patient ki medical history to safe hai."
Saying so Nurse was about to go when she suddenly turned and asked "Patient ki mental health?"
Karan felt this question to be somewhat weird
Sid took a deep breath and said "She is a Mental Trauma Patient sister"
This answer was much unexpected for everyone present there.
Sister - " This is really serious then. Kitne baar face kiya hai aur Trauma ka reason? "
Sid - "She has faced it thrice"
Sister - "Trauma ka reason?"
Sid- He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He knew saying this in front of everyone can get things worse for Monu but he gathered much courage and told "Rape Trauma"
For a second Karan thought that his knees won't support him anymore and for Sanju this was even worse. The Nurse somehow gathered herself and said - " Stage? "
Sid was already much disturbed but he managed to say - "Stage 6"
The Nurse gasped
Nurse - " Usse suicidial thoughts aate honge it means"
Sid - "Yes Sister"
Nurse - " I know it is hard for you to speak up but last questions..........who can console her during attacks? "
Sid - "Me"
Nurse - " generally those who have faced Trauma themselves are able to control and console people who are at such a stage so......."
Sid - He breathed heavily again and said " Yes Sister I also face Mental Trauma "
This shook Sanjana, Karan and Faizi to the core
Nurse - " last question, your trauma....."
Sid cut her off in between and said " Stage 6, same as Monami. Yes I have also got suicidial thoughts. I have had it since Childhood just like Monu. Only Monu can console me just like her case. I hope you got your information sister. And yeah, my reasons for Trauma are different "
All the trainers couldn't believe their ears. Monami and Sid both used to face Mental Trauma, Suicide thoughts and such problems. Moreover Monami had been raped??!
Sid had somehow controlled himself and turned himself towards others, everybody's eyes were fixed on him
He somehow gathered courage and looked straight into Karan's eyes. Before Karan or others could ask something he said " Jo aap logo ne suna, aap tak hi rakhna. Aapke iss baat ke baare me kisi ko bhi batana Monu ke respect,privacy aur laaj (shame) ko thes pohoncha sakta hai"
Everyone understood the matter and said that they will keep it a secret. Sanju felt that the atmosphere was getting very serious and kinda awkward so to lighten up the mood she said, " Na chirkut teri baat manne samajh aa gyo lekin tu kabse itni hindi bolan lag gya?"
Sid was already tensed and the word Chirkut had triggered him. He said in a rather angry tone but he kept his voice Modest and respectful and said," Ma'am mera ek naam hai, Siddharth. Agar aap mujhe uss naame se bula sake to bulaiye warna Karan Sir and Faizi Sir can order me. Aur baat rahi Hindi ki to Indian hoon, Hindi to aani hi hai. Aur mere aur Monu ke life ke baare me to aap logo ko kuch nahi pata, kuch nahi! Monu ke life ka aapne 1 page khola hai aur meri life se aap log totally unknown hai. Mai party karta hoon na toh woh bhi jaise Social Media pe log apana real chehra chupane ke liye Filter lagate hai, toh waise hi mera party karna, English me hamesha chapad chapad karna, sab ek Filter jaisa hai jo real SidG se aap logo ko anjaan rakhta hai. Bin jaane allegations and presumptions ki ye jo aadat hai aapki aur Karan Sir ki ispe aap log rok lagaye toh behtar hoga. I hope you got it. Ma'am."
This had got Karan furious. He walked infront of Sanju and stood between them both and said " Siddharth tumhari Monami ko lekar chinta legit hai lekin that doesn't mean you will talk in a bad manner with Sanju."
Sid - "Sir I haven't said anything wrong. Unhone bohot bol liya mujhe Chirkut chirkut. Meri bhi Self-Respect hai jo mujhe bhi pyari hai. Inhone galat baat bhi kari hai. Jab mera aur Monu ka past unhe pata nahi to presumptions lagana bhi galat hai. Aapne bhi Monu ke parent ke rich hone par aapne presumptions lagaye the aur sab ke sab galat the. Tumhari problem mai aur Monu samajhte hai isliye tumpar ab tak mera hath na utha ya police Complaint lodge nahi karaya even after it was you who shot Monami."
The moment was heating but Sanju had realised that she had actually hurt Sid by continuosly addressing Sid as Chirkut and Sid wasn't in a good condition either.
Before the argument could have continued the Nurse came out and seemed to be worried. Seeing her both of them went quite.
Nurse- " Dekhiye Patient bohot hi critical hai aur unhe bohot zyada blood loss ho raha hai. Unka blood group ka donated blood bhi humare blood bank me nahi hai. Unka blood group bohot hi rare hai. Aap please unke family me se kisi ko bulaiye. Shayad unme se kisi ka Blood Group patient se match kar jaye."
Listening this Sid was even more tensed and gave an angry glare to Karan. Karan was also feeling guilty.
Sid - " Sister Monu ki puri family mai hi hoon. Uske family me aur koi nahi hai"
Karan - " Ye bakwaas band karo Sid. Call her family member. Just Shut Up!"
Sid - " You shut up!...."
Nurse - " Um..um... Please shaant ho jaiye aap dono. Patient ki health abhi zyada important hai. Please aap dono jhagda mat kariye. Hamare yaha ke senior doctor hai, unka blood group match karta hai. Aap log ek baar please baat kar ke dekhiye. Please jaldi. And Mr. Sid aap ek baar please ye dawaaiyan leke aayiye"
Saying this the Nurse hurriedly went inside the OT.
Sid- "Monami ko suffer kara rahe ho, uske betterment ke liye kuch contribution kardo. Jaake doctor se mil lo, mai medicines lekar aata hoon"
Karan, Sanju and Faizi agreed and went to meet the doctor.
The Doctor was Mr. Mahajan ( Monami's Father and the hospital was owned by Monami's Father as well)
Karan knocks the cabin.
Mr. Mahajan permits Karan to enter.
Karan - "Good Afternoon Doctor"
Papa Mahajan- "Good Afternoon. Jo batana hai jaldi bataiyega i have to go for lunch."
Faizi to Sanju (In a low voice)- "Ye doctor toh Karan se bhi Khadoos nikla."
Sanju- "Sirji Khadoos ka to pato nahi lekin yo agar monami ke jaan ki baat na hoti na hum to isse yahi thok dete."
Faizi silently chuckled to this statement
Karan- "Sure Doctor. Myself Karan Shergill. Actually ek patient ko serious condition me hospital laaya gaya hai. Usse Goli lagi hai. Don't worry koi police case nahi hai i am an ARMY official this is my ID Card {he gave his ID card to Papa Mahajan to which he politely refused} The girl, she is Bleeding profusely. Usse immediately Blood Chadhana padega but uska blood group bohot rare hai. She has no family. Hospital ke blood bank me bhi blood nahi hai. Please agar aap......."
Mr. Mahajan - "So aap chahte hai ki mai apna blood donate karke uski jaan bachau?'
{SAYING SO HE GLANCED AT HIS WATCH}
Karan slightly nodded listening to this
Mr. Mahajan after seeing his watch - "Sorry I can't do that"
Karan - "please docotor"
Mr. Mahajan - "Sorry Not possible"
Karan - "Please doctor"
Mr. Mahajan - "maine kaha na, I won't"
Karan - "Doctor please"
Mr. Mahajan - "I won't Mr.Shergill" in a frustrated tone
Sanju had lost her temper by now. She went in front of Mr. Mahajan who was heading out and said," Ek minute doctor sahb. Aap kyun na karenge blood donate?"
Mr. Mahajan - "kyunki mere lunch ka time ho raha hai Miss"
This trigerred Faizi and Karan but they let Sanju talk.
Sanju- "Doctorji agar jo yo apke 10 minute late khane se ek jaan bacch sako hai to aapne kya problem hai? Duniya to palat ni na hai aapke der karke khaane se"
Mr.Mahajan - "Mujhe koi farak nahi padta. I won't donate my blood."
Karan in an angry tone - "Doctor agar uski jagah aapki beti hoti to kya aap apna blood nahi dete?!"
Mr. Mahajan - "Ha nahi deta mai. Mujhe koi farak nahi padta meri beti jiye ya phir maare. I don't give a damn"
Sid had come to know that the Doctor Karan, Sanju and Faizi had gone to meet was Monami's Father. He decided to buy the Medicines later as it was needed some time later. He firstly rushed towards Mr. Mahajan's cabin where he heard Karan shouting,"Kaise pita hai aap? Aapko koi farak nahi padta agar aapki beti maut ke bich jhool rahi hoti. Bhagwan kare aapki beti ko kuch na ho lekin abhi jo OT me hai wo to kisi ke jigar ka tukda hai. Kya ukhad jayega aapka agar aapne usse blood de diya toh?!"
Faizi was trying his best to control his anger and Sanju was already angry to the top. Sid rushed in before Sanju would have hit Mr. Mahajan. He held Sanju and said - " Ma'am chod dijiye inhen. Mat mariye chhodiye. Aur problems create nahi karni hai hume Monu ke liye." Listening to him Sanju let go off and then Sid turned towards Mr. Mahajan - "Hello Uncle. Sorry for disturbing. OT me meri Best Friend hai" saying these three lines he pulled Sanju out of the room (but maintained a safe distance) while Faizi pulled Karan. After going out Karan and Sanju shrugged off Sid's and Faizi's hand respectively.
Sanju - "Siddharth, yaha bahar to bohot Monu Monu kar rahiyo tha, andar kuch kyun na bola?!"
Karan - "Ye kaisa baap hai. Beti ke marne se koi farak nahi padta?! Apne khaane ki isse zyada padi hai. Doctor kaise bana ye?! Aur Siddharth tum, andar kya Uncle Uncle kar rahe the?! Ha wahi tum amirzado ke kuch lagte honge. Amirzado ko kuch thodi farak padta hai dusro ke jaan se. Jaisi Monami waise tum!"
Sid's patience's barriers were broken. He clenched his fists tightly and tried his best to keep his voice low but anger clearly visible in his eyes and Actions. He looked at Karan and Said, " Bas bohot ho gaya. Bohot sun liya maine aur Monu ne, ab tum sunoge. Woh jis doctor se tum log milke aaye na woh Monu ke hi Papa hai. Monu unki hi beti hai. Aur woh Doctor ko apne beti ke maut se koi farak nahi padta. Agar woh maan bhi jaate na phir bhi Monu aur mai uska khoon Monu ke body pe chadhane nahi dete. Amir zaade hai zaroor lekin kabhi hamari life jeeke dekho samjh aayega. Monu ko bohot hurt kar chuke ho tum iske aage ek shabd bole mai ye nahi dekhunga ki tum mere senior ho, mai ye dekhunga ki tumne Monu ko goli mari hai aur tumhari wajah se woh Zindagi aur Maut ke bich latak rahi hai. You better understand Mr. Karan Shergill"
Three of them were shook, shook like anything such a father?! Who doesn't even care if his Daughter dies. Karan was feeling even more guilty, he had told Monami that she was a 'Papa ki Pari' but Monami wasn't one. Karan's Guilt-O-Metre was rising and Faizi could feel it. Somehow Faizi came out of the shock and said - " Ye monami ke papa hai?! He isn't worth being called papa. Monami ne iske saath itne saal kaise guzaare. Isse koi farak nahi padta ki iski beti zinda hai ya phir...."
Sid lightly chuckled - "Faizi Sir jo baap apni beti ko sexually assault kar sakta hai aur uspe Domestically Violent acts kar sakta hai usse aap kya umeed kar sakte hai?!"
Karan was sinking deep into the ocean of Guilt. He misinterpreted Monami to be a rich and spoiled kid. He thought she was a papa ki pari, he thought she was way too emotional person. But he was wrong. She wasn't a rich and spoiled kid nor was Sid. Their Struggles were just different. She wasn't a Papa ki pari. Her father was a Demon and a Demon doesn't deserve a fairy, ek haivaan ek pari ko deserve nahi karta! Monami was emotional kyunki woh ek Trauma patient thi aur uski condition, it was worst than his.
Sanju- " Filhaal uske baap pe na, Monami pe focus karno hai. Siddharth uski maa ko koi ato-pato hai kya tere paas?"
Sid - "Yes Ma'am. Address = Swarg"
Sanju - " Yo ke majak kar raho hai Chir.....mera matlab hai Siddharth?"
Sid - " Mazaak nahi hai Ma'am. Uski Mom shaheed ho chuki hai"
Karan was getting Shockers after shockers. Faizi and Sanjana too. But the Shockers were affecting Karan the most.
The Nurse hurriedly came out.
Nurse - "Doctor sir maane?"
Sid - "Na doctor maane aur na hi hum uska khoon Monu ke shareer me dalwane ko tayyar hai.".
Nurse - " Par ....."
Sid - "Aap mujhe Monu ka blood group bataiye, mai kisiko dhundta hoon."
Nurse - "Bohot rare hai. AB-"
Sid - "Alright. Mai khoon de raha hoon. Mera bhi blood group AB- hai."
Nurse - "Aapke alawa ek aur Donor ki zarurat hogi"
Sanju - "Hamor blood Group bhi AB- hai. Aap baaki ka khoon mujhto le lo"
Nurse - "Ok aap Blood bank me jaake baat karke jald se jald Blood Donate kar dijiye"
Sid and Sanju- "Ok Sister/Thik"
Sid and Sanju immediately left. Only Faizi and Karan were left.
Faizi- "Kuch bolna chahoge janab?"
Karan - "Bohot kuch faizi. Maine Monami bohot misinterprete kara hai. Maine usse kitni baar kaha hai ki woh Papa ki pari hai lekin...lekin uska baap to Haivaan hai aur Monami fighter. Usne 3 baar Trauma face kiya hai, usse Suicidial thoughts aate hai, woh rape ho chuki hai Faizi. Uske papa usse Sexually assault karte hai! Maine usse kitna kuch keh diya"
Faizi - " Hume bhi pata hai karan but sambhalo khudko. Aur haa yaad rakhna kisiko batana nahi ki Monami.....Rape ki jaa chuki hai"
Karan - "Haa Faizi. Maaine usse kaafi hurt kiya. Aab aur nahi. Bass ab monami 4th time Trauma me na chali jaaye."
Faizi - "Hmm"
Nurse came out.
Nurse - "Please aap jald se jald ye dawaiyaan leke aaiye"
Karan - " Ji. Chal Faizi"
Both of them go to the Pharmacy
Ward Boy - "Ye Sab, aapne patient ko register karaya hai?"
Karan - "Nahi lekin hum kar denge. Pehle aap jald se jald ye medicines laaiye please"
Ward Boy- "Nahi pehle aap register karaiye. Hospital ko paise do, hospital treatment dega"
Faizi - "Bhaijaan patient bohot critical hai aap pehel ye dawai de dijiye hum abhi jaakar patient register karwa denge aur formalities bhi puri kardenge."
Ward Boy- "Sorry sir. Not possible"
Karan - "Iss hospital ka staff aisa kyun hai mujhe samajh nahi aata. Sab ke sab aise hi hai"
Faizi - "Baat to tumne sahi boli Karan."
Karan - "Please aap ye medicines de dijiye"
Ward Boy - " Ek shart pe. Aapko mujhe 2000 rupay dene honge"
Karan - "Ek army wale se tu rishwat maangta hai"
Ward Boy - "Abhi waha pare patient ki jaan zyada zaroori hai ya apka Army ka guroor?"
Sid had heard all of this and he was fuming. Sanju held his hand but he shrugged her off and straight went to the Ward Boy.
Sid in an angry tone - "Andar bhi jo padi hai na woh iss hospital ki malkin hai. Woh chahe to tumhe abhi nikalwa sakti hai aur mai bhi. Kyunki iss hospital me paise to mere bhi lage hai. Monu tujhe iss baat ke liye nikale ya na nikale ki tune usse medicine dene se mana kar diya lekin issliye zaroor nikalegi kyunki tune ek patient ko dawaai dene se mana kar diya aur rishwat le raha tha. Andar yaha ki purani doctor aur malkin Monami Mahajan hai aur tere saamne Siddharth Ganju hai. Iss hospital me treatment lene ke liye hume registration ki zaroorat nahi padti. Ab tu sidhe muh dawai de aur agle baar tu mujhe aise karta dikha mai Monu ke aane ka wait nahi karunga. I warn you"
Ward Boy was very frightened - " Sorry Sorry Sid sir maaf kar dena abhi laya dawai."
The ward Boy left and Faizi, Karan and Sanju turned towards Sid
Sanju - "Manne na pata tha ki tanne koi Sir bhi bol sako hai"
Karan nodded
Sid - " sab aapke tarah nahi hai Ma'am. Paise hai to acche kaam me lagate hai. Kisi ke presumptions pe nahi khare utarte"
Ward Boy brought the medicine and all of them rushed towards the OT and gave it to the Nurse.
Then only a woman came. Beta Siddharth, Monami kaisi hai?
Sid - "Abhi to condition bohot critical hai Aunty"
Karan - "Gunjan Ma'am"
Gunjan Ma'am - "Arre Karan tum?"
Karan - "Ma'am Monami toh meri Cadet hai lekin aap yaha?"
Gunjan Ma'am - "Monami ki mom ko jaante ho?"
Karan - "No Ma'am"
Gunjan Ma'am - "Shaheed Lieutenant General Dr. Juhi Mahajan ki beti hai woh"
Sanju - "Ma'am woh to kaafi saalo pehle Shahid ho chuki hai"
Gunjan Ma'am - "Haa. Gunjan Bhushan ke success me Juhi ka bohot contribution tha Sanju. 10-11 years ke age me hi Monami ne apni mom ko kho diya"
Nurse - " Trauma Patient hone ke baad bhi patient ka will power strong tha. Apni Mom ka name lete lete survive kar gayi woh Congratulations. Unhe aap log thodi der me mil sakte hai."
Sid was shedding tears of Happiness. He was very happy. Karan and Faizi hugged each other while Sanju and Gunjan hugged each other. Sid was talking to an image behind him, "Akhir tu thik ho gayi. Don't worry. Gappu is waiting for you!"
Sanju - "Siddharth yo kisse baat kar raha hai tu?"
Sid - "Monu se Ma'am. Ye uski bachpan ki tasveer hai. Aaj tak jo kuch bhi Monu ka bhala kiya hai na uske papa ne, sab aunty ke yaad me kiya hai. Uski photo yaha lagana, and all aunty ke yaad me kiya hai. Warna khud me woh aadmi Insaan nahi"
