28 : SACRIFICES

I rushed towards our shared bedroom and immediately closed the door I was really upset with Jungkook. How can he even hide such an important thing from me. That donor who gave his life to save mine must be a great person. What if I just want to help his/her family? That's just the least I can do for the sacrifice. I had tears in my eyes as I sat helplessly on my bed. I saw the door opening and a cheerful Jungkook walks in. I thought he was boiling in anger but now that I go to see he seems so calm and relaxed. Did I hear him yell and break the things or was I just hallucinating due to insomnia. I don't understand what is the truth and what are the lies, who are my foes and who are not my allies.  I rushed inside the loo and locked myself I sat in a corner while bringing my knees close to my chest. I was panicking. 

Jungkook was recklessly banging on the bathroom door, "Oen the door Yn why the hell did you lock it? I told you to never lock the door your still not healthy Y/n. Now be a good girl and open the damn door before I kick it open." Jungkook threatens and began to tear up. "I won't open the damn door. How can you lie to me there was a donor and not an artificial heart who saved my life why did you even lie about this Kookie? I definitely need answers now. You need to freaking tell me the truth Jungkook I definitely want to know whose heart beats inside my chest what was that person like how is his/her family I want to help them."

Jungkook leans on the door with teary eyes, "Okay I promise I'll tell you everything Y/n. But please bae open the door now. You are still recovering don't do such stupid things I'll tell you everything." Jungkook claimed. 

You slowly stepped out of the corner  and walked towards the door. Soon you twisted the door knob and it opened. There stood an anxious Jungkook staring at you with red eyes and a cold expression, an expression that you never encountered before. But soon he carried you in bridal style and placed your fragile body on the warm mattress. He then moved the warm duvet and he too joined you in the bed. Now he pulled the duvet up and adjusted his body on the headrest and made you lean on his chest so that you hear his raging heart beats. You now could hear his unstable heart beats something was surely off. 

Jungkook hugs you while inhaling your scent that was a soothing mechanism for the disturbed boy, "Y/n I personally don't want you to know about all this stuff at least not till you recover from the surgery completely but now you leave me no option. The thing which I wanna tell you might shock you so please stay strong and promise me you won't stress much on this topic anymore as it's gone it's past okay."

I just hummed and tightened my grip on his tiny waist. He gave me a peck and stared at me with his doe eyes I can see love and care for me in those gorgeous bambi eyes. He was desperate to love me more I really felt warm and safe in his embrace with that he began to tell me about the night when we were at the hospital. 

Flashback

I was just staring at my princess when she lost her conscious I just admired her face those sharp facial features really caught me of guard. Meanwhile the doctors came along with Jimin and Jungkook so I was listening to their conversations. Soon the Doctor paced towards Y/n as the d@gger went deeper into her heart causing a lot of blo0d loss. He examined her state and concluded that her condition is very much critical and they need to perform a quick heart surgery. They even took her to the OT The entire hallway was full of chaos as they needed a donor or just a fresh/preserved heart to replace Y/n's damaged organ. One thing I knew she was put into this hell due to my stupidity I need to do something before she perish. It's all my fault and now I should be able to put the things back on right place.

Taehyung pulled Jimin's hand, "Jimin listen to me this once please I need to save her. She can't just die I need her and I will save her no matter what happens. It's all my fault and I'm gonna fix it up too." Jimin was confused, "What you talking about Taehyung? Just lay down quietly. They'll take you to another OT till then just relax and don't talk much you also lost excessive amount of blood."  Taehyung held his wrist, "I need to do something damn it why can't you understand it."

"I called the best surgeons in Jeju Taehyung. Don't worry your girl will be fine trust me on this." Jimin assured the injured M@fia. "Look Jimin you need not lie on my face when I already heard it all. She is in critical condition that means she need a donor as soon as possible. I am the one who put her in this place I never thought something like this will happen but now I'm ready Jimine. I want to be her donor I need to save her at all cost I can't just let her die. Can you please take me to Jungkook?" Jimin was confused, "Are you freaking out of your damn senses Taehyung? Do you even realize what bullshit your talking about? No you can't be her donor we'll figure out something you need not do all this bullshit. I'll never ever allow you so you just shut up and lay down quietly before I beat your a$$." 

"Jimin please try to understand we both know it's an emergency we won't be able to get any donor it's past midnight now please let me do this. Anyways she chose Jungkook over me and I'm definitely happy for both of them. What's the point in breathing when your heart beat belongs to someone else huh? I can't share her with anyone but I let her go as I don't wana force her Jimine. She should be happy she deserves the best I can never forget her nor will I be able to see her with Jungkook who knows my inner beast will show up someday and I ch0p off that cute little bunny boy." Jimin was sobbing, "Why are you doing this Taehyung it's pure madness."

Taehyung pulls him into a warm hug, "I had a great time working with you hyung I love you so much Jimine you were the bestest bestfriend anyone can ever dream for. I was the lucky one to be chosen as your buddy I'm so grateful for all that you did to me your my only soulmate and forever be Borahae Jiminah." Taehyung mentioned while rubbing his back with his feeble hand. "Is this what you chose Taehyung? Is it a goodbye my alien? Are you seriously planning to leave me all alone? Do I mean nothing to you? Is she is so damn important to you that you want to end your life so easily you silly boy." Jimin spoke while panting as he knelt down to meet his bestfriend's eyes now. 

"Jimin I love her you can't make me just stand here and watch her perish. My love is not just a feeling Jimine it's a M@fia King's Ruthless Obsession. I need to see Jungkook now please take me to him Jimine please understand this if I can't be her lover at least let me rest in her soul let my love beat in her chest safely. Her every breathe will remind her about me and that's enough for me please let me go buddy. It's even more difficult to breathe now I feel so suffocated already watching her love Jungkook so deeply." Taehyung spoke while weeping.

"Taehyung I still beg you stop this madness. This is insane I will never let you do this. We will figure out something please stop this TaeTae. Think about me how will I survive without you buddy? what about our plan to shut down Buzz Feed what about leaving this Underworld and living a happy and peaceful life?" Taehyung spoke in a cold voice, "If you don't take me to Jungkook right now I'll slit my thr0at off." Jimin was crying, "I'll take you to Jungkook and look after a donor. You just stay with him till the nurse take you to the OT. I'll be right back so you better don't act stupid now." Jimin suggested. 

I already told you Jimin this is the only way I can pay for my sins. I dragged you all in this mess and now I'm gonna fix it all myself. I'm giving my heart to Y/n she won't die I won't let it happen and I'm sorry Jimine. I can't tell you this you might end up convincing me to stay alive. Some things must be kept as secret and this is gonna be my choice to keep it secret forever.
