(Sarah's p.o.v.)
"Sarah Louis's on the phone sweetie."
"Tell I'm busy."
"Sweetheart you've been ignoring him for the past week. He's your best friend."
"Mom I honestly don't care anymore he chose to do what he did and I don't think I can forgive him."
"He misses you. If that makes it any better."
"No."
"Alright sweetie."
I closed my bedroom door and laid on my floor and looked up at the fan.
*flash back 6 months ago*
"Sarah come here!"
"Lou why are you laying on the floor?"
"Lay down next to me." He said patting the floor.
"Alright but if you try any funny business ill kill you." I let out a small laugh and laid down next too him. "So what are we looking at?"
"Watch the fan and try counting all the petals." He looked at me and smiled.
"What on earth are you talking about Louis?" I looked at him with confusion.
"Please for me?" He put his hand on my hand and smiled.
"Okay fine."
I looked at the ceiling fan and tried counting the petals but they were going to fast. But then I saw it. He had put little sticky notes on the ceiling asking me to be his girlfriend.
"Did you count them?" He looked at me waiting for an answer.
"Oh Lou! Of course ill be your girlfriend!" I rolled over on my stomach and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. My first kiss and it was with someone I've known my whole life. My world could not get any better then this.
*present*
I laid there watching the fan waiting for notes I knew weren't going to be there. I felt tears start to surface and before I could stop them they started pouring down my face.
"Why!" I yelled knowing no one could answer why Louis did what he did.
I hated him for everything he's done. He was my best friend. The one I told all my secrets too. The one I came too when I was upset and felt like my world was going to end. My first kiss, my first.... Love. But he ruined it! Everything we had he threw away.
"Sarah?"
"Oh hey Niall." I sat up and grabbed my sunglasses to cover up my eyes.
"I may be stupid but it's definitely winter and were in Ireland and there's barely any sun out for those. What's wrong?"
"I miss him Niall." I took the glasses off and looked at him.
"I know but sometimes it's better to let things go." He looked at me with sad eyes.
"How do you expect me to let go when you, my cousin, is in a band with the guy who ruined my life!"
"I might be your cousin but doesn't mean can't help you with this." He looked at me annoyed.
"Then tell Louis he's a piece of shit! And I hate him!"
"Look Sarah Louis's one of my band mates and he also one of my best friends. I'm not going to do that. Ill help in anyway possible but I'm not going to be rude to him."
"I know, the saddest part is I wish he was here with me now." I tried to hold back my tears but they started to roll down my check.
"Imma call him okay we're going on tour next week and the week after that is Louis's birthday and your coming and I'm not going to hear a no from you. You got it?"
