Introduction / Chapter one

Kaito's Pov

        The tap-tap-tapping of footsteps down the stairs gave me a slight headache. The disgusting giggle of a young blonde was enough to make me vomit. I hated him. No, I loathed him. 

        "Good morning Kaito-san!" rang Len's overly cheery tone. I kneeled before him.

       "Good morning, your highness." I said in reply. The young boy giggled and took my glasses off.

        "Why do you wear this dumb frames? I hate them! I want to never see you wearing them again!"  He yelled with a slight smirk. I nodded in response, to angry for words. It was quite tempting to punch him when he snapped the glasses and threw them at me.

        Gakupo held a steady smile beside me as he patted me on the back.  "He's just a kid." Gakupo said. "Just let it go." 

Flashback (every damn time)

Kaito's Pov

        "You shall guard him with your life, as so his mother did." A man with short, chestnut hair said, slightly shoving a young child forward. "Since his mother and father are now dead, it's your duty to show him every ounce of respect, and if he tells me you have been doing otherwise, it will surely be your end too. "

Len, the young child that we were now intrusted to protect, grab my commards, Gakupo Kamui's, hand. "I like this one." He said.

(end of flashback and super short chapter)

A/N Okay so.... that was mostly and introduction to the story chapter. It's not really much to go by, but it's what came to mind. If you read this, please tell me what you think so far. Soon, I'm starting another new story. If you guys have read my other story starring Oliver, I might abandon it. I don't know for sure yet.
