"Hello, are you lost?" A loud voice booms from behind me. I turn around on my heels and find a tall, lanky boy giving me a very intriguing stare. I couldn't help but flush red from how he was looking me all over—up and down. I open my mouth to speak, but someone else says something and comes from behind him. It's a girl who's just as tall as him.
"Of course she's lost, Leonard. She's barely come into the school yet, and look at her! Poor thing clutching her timetable sheet as if her life depended on it." The girl remarked, making me flush even more red.
I didn't like this. I hated human interaction.
"Stop calling me my full name, you asshole. Its Leo to you," he addressed, corrcetly, giving her an eye roll.
She shrugged before, pulling on his arm as they both came more further towards me.
"So what's your name lovely and what class are you trying to navigate for?" She smiled, it was a genuine smile—not the smiles those fake girls gave me earlier at the office.
I couldn't help but smile at her, "My names Lucile, but you can call me Luci if that's easier....and I'm actually trying to look for someone—a friend really, he goes to this academy and said I could drop by his club before lessons start."
Immediately they both turned towards one another. The looks they gave one another made me curious and a little nervous to find out why they reacted like that.
"Are you by any chance... Tatum's friend?" She asked.
"Yes, actually. I am," I say, confused as to why they knew him, but then it probably settled into my mind that they were his friends. Of course he made friends by now.
"So you're his friend the one he keeps talking about! I swear every time he mentions you Luci, he keeps saying 'she's very cute' or 'she's so small and adorable' it's making it sound like you're the cutest thing alive..." she trails off, catching the attention of the guy beside her—who for some reason is blushing red. "And honestly you are the cutest girl I've seen in a long time."
I blush at her comment and shrug my shoulders. "I dont think I am, but thanks."
I was actually quite surprised Tatum said these things about me in front of others. He usually did call me cute so that was no surprise, although every time he said it I couldn't resist the blush creeping on my cheeks. But for him to tell others makes me feel even more flustered and I can't even have the confidence to stare at these two in front of me anymore.
"Shut up, you totally are!"
It wasn't her who said that, it was another person. No wait—a guy dressed in the same classed uniform everyone was wearing, but with a little bit of colour.
I was met with a bone crushing hug before this guy hugged the life out of me. He smelled like apricots and jelly and I didn't even know what to think. He was Hispanic, compared to the other two behind him who were both Asian.
"You're Tatum's bitach, arent you? There cant be anyone as cute to fit his description."
I give the guy a nod.
"What's your name?" The Korean girl answers him for me, "She's called Lucille."
"Lucile, huh?" He chuckles, the corners of his eyes crease and shows geniune curiosity in me. "Honestly its fucking great to have new people, especially in our year, especially a cute girl, this school was starting to get boring." He fake yawns.
"Well this is Leo", she points to the chinese model of a guy whose insanely cute. He was wearing his shirt and tie loose, the rest of his uniform was alright. He had nice dark brown curly hair, I could recognise he was chinese but he had a lot of western features. Just before I could ask, she said more, "Leo is chinese-American, his whore of a mother decided to fuck an american at some frat party while she was studying there internationally, not knowing she would get preggo. He didn't get the chance to be aborted, big mistake."
Leo slaps her and she rolls her eyes, snorting. "Chillax, hahaha!"
"You dont have to give my whole life details away!" He screeched, in retaliation he gave hers away.
"This little devil is Ha-rin, she's just korean but she prefers our American culture more, so korea should really disown her. she's a troubled 02' liner, so be careful around her," he snickers. Myung-hee, I take the time to admire her features—God really took time crafting her she was an actual godess. Her eyes were double eyelids, she looked stunning her eyemake up was so glittery and golden like her glow. Her dirty blonde hair was tied in a pony tail and some hair let out the back and a couple braids at the side of her head. She designed her outfit well and I noticed her bag was Chanel—this girl must be wealthy to afford the worlds most famous fashion brand.
"You're incredibly pretty Ha-rin," I complimented the korean girl and she was taken aback before blushing and shaking her hands at me in embarrassment.
Leonard introduces the hispanic guy who just came over to us, he was staring at me the whole time while they had introduced each other. I smiled at him and he immediately looked away.
"I'm Xavier," He just said simply.
Xavier didn't bother explaining his background like the others. I guess he was a closed book for now. I notice he also has dark fluffy hair like Leonard. His brows are really scruffy though and he has piercings on one brow and on his lips, there's probably more elsewhere. Goddamn... hot.
The bell suddenly rings.
"Well, what class were you trying to find?" Ha-rin imposes, while slowly linking her arms with mine and sending me a beaming smile.
"Advanced Class, English literature." I respond, humming.
The guys follow behind us and I'm stunned when they all nervous laugh in unison.
"What's so funny?" I ask.
Ha-rin stares ahead of the path we were all strolling through and clenches her teeth. "You're going to be in his class."
I'm confused staring at them all before they leave me in front of the class I've been looking for just in time. Before I walk in, Leo pushes past Ha-rin and stands in front of me.
"Listen very carefully, ... Do not and I repeat, do not talk to Lawson Jones."
Lawson Jones. Who is that?
