Eat. And I don't just mean take a nibble of a chip. I mean stuff yourself. Who cares if your on a diet?! Then eat some wheat bread or lettuce or apple chips? (Look up how to make apple chips online, they are really good!) some of my favorite foods are: Popcorn, Tortia Chips, Doritos, Kettle Corn, Apple Chips, and Smoothies.
