Chapter One: Beginnings

A girl tended to her mistbit plant, the fruit on it glowing a bright yellow. Watching the living plant, she failed to notice a spirit cat padding into the room. The spirit had wisps coming off it, stars in it's fur, and glowed a light blue color, catching the girl's attention when it came close enough. She let out a quiet aww.
"Oh hello, Mist! Did you have a good nap?" The girl called to her cat, petting Mist. She plucked a fruit from the ever- moving yellow plant, and fed it to the spirit. "Good kitty! I'm going to look for more seeds today, want to join?" Was the question she asked to the cat. The cat nodded, but before they could set out, someone else kicked the door open, stopping them from going outside..
"HELLO MOON! WANT TO KICK SOME MOON ROCKS AND TRY ANOTHER POTION? I FOU-" The newcomer asked, well more like yelled. The girl, Moon, huffed and interrupted the person in the middle of her sentence. "I swear to stars, can you stop kicking the door down? You're acting like you've never seen a doorknob in your life! This is the 56th time!" Moon crouched to set the cat down and stood back up. "Go back to the dark side of the moon, Loone."
"Who me? I was about to say somebody crashed onto the roof of my hut, Moon. I'm pretty sure that's totally not important, compared to finding seeds." Loone said sarcastically, rolling her eyes. "Anyways, want to come? I'd like some backup just in case the stranger attacks, you know?" She adjusted her witch hat and swung out the door, leaving Moon with two options. One, go with Loone. Two, stay here. Three, die- wait, since when was that an option?
"Can't you just MAKE A SLEEPING POTION?" Moon called after the other, but the witch was nowhere in sight. She sighed, making her decision and heading out the door, closing it behind her. Time to face another potential disaster, yippee!
