Midnight arrived at someone's front door.
Knock! Knock! Knock!
A few seconds later, she could hear an excited scream followed by little feet skittering towards the door. A certain little girl excitedly opened the door, "Miss Midnight!" she yelled. Midnight scooped her up, "Hey, how's my little Eri Fairy?" she asked as she swung her around, playfully squeezing her stomach. "Good!" Eri laughed, "But now that you're here, I'm even better!"
Midnight blew a raspberry on her forehead and placed her on the ground. "Come on! Come on!" Eri squealed as she grabbed Midnight by her hand, "I can't wait to do your hair!" She led Midnight to the living room. Right in the middle of the floor was a mirror surrounded by brushes, combs, hairspray and a little pink bag full of more hairstyling products to use. Aizawa walked over from the other room, "She's been waiting all day for you to come over." he told Midnight. "I know." Midnight said as she sat down, "I've been excited for this all day too!"
Eri got her kit ready and got to work on spraying Midnight's hair so she could comb it. "Sorry Eri, I got a little busy today" Midnight explained, "That's why my hair is so messy." Eri giggled, "That's ok! That means we get to use even more of this fun stuff on your hair!"
Eri sprayed a little bottle all over Midnight's hair, making it more sparkly and silky. The dampness of her hair made the brush slide down her back smooth. Midnight's hair lay down behind her like a glittery black robe, a much more different approach than her usual long hair that spiked to the sides.
After a few more minutes, Eri got the hair dryer out and watched as Midnight's hair blew gracefully around. "Wow!" Eri yelled, "You look just like a little princess!" "Well then, looks like I need to find my Prince Charming." Midnight chuckled as she glanced at Aizawa. "Ah-ha, count me out." Aizawa teased in return.
Eri started giggling out of excitement. All of a sudden, Midnight started glowing pink. "Midnight! What's happening?" Aizawa called. "I don't know" she panicked and in a beam of light, Midnight vanished.
As the light calmed down Aizawa looked back down and saw something different. In Midnight' place was a young teenager with long black hair that looked uncannily similar to her. "What's wrong Aizawa?" she asked. She looked in a mirror and freaked out, "What the heck? I'm younger?" Aizawa tried to keep calm, "Calm down Midnight, I'm sure we can fix this!"
Midnight started glowing again and shrunk down to a child's size. "What's happening?!?" she screamed. Eri was confused at first, but then cheered "Yay!" Midnight was even more freaked out but then things got crazier. Another beam went off and she was a toddler. Eri and Aizawa grew even more confused.
She glew again and Midnight was back to her adult self again. After taking a minute to process all that had just happened she sighed, "Let us never speak of this."
