* Zoeys POV*
" Zoey hurry up its almost time to go!" My brother cayden yelled up the stairs to me.
" Shut Up cayden! I'll be done, when I'm done. Don't get your panties in a twist." I yelled back.
If you didn't know yet my name is Zoey jones. I'm 17 years old and live with my father and 2 brothers Cayden and Luke. Luke is my twin and cayden is our little brother, he is 10. I guess your wondering where's our mom? Am I right? Well she died a few months ago in a car crash, it was really upsetting. We our currently moving to California because my father can't handle being in the same house she used to live in with us.
I finish packing up my things and put on some ripped black skinny jeans and a black cute tank top with a skull, btw yeah I'm badass but my father doesn't really care. After putting on my clothing I head downstairs with my bags to put them in the car. While I put them in the car I feel two muscular arms wrap around my waist. I smile to myself and turn around to face my boyfriend Daniel. He is so cute, he has brown chocolate hair and greenish beautiful eyes. I'm soo lucky to have him, he got me through all the bad times. I lean up and put my arms around his neck and kiss him on the lips while he puts his hands on my waist and dominates the kiss. The kiss is long and passionate, once the kiss is over I lean back and feel a tear roll down my cheek. Daniel uses his thumb and wipes the tear off.
" what's the matter zoey?" Daniel asks.
" I don't want to leave you baby, I'm gonna miss you so much!" I replied.
" don't worry babe, I'll text you ever night." Daniel says. We hug and kiss once more before I have to get in the car and head to California with my family.
* After the car ride*
"Oh my fucking gosh I'm glad that's over!" I yell as I get out of the car. Don't judge me you would too, two hours of Luke sings to one direction and other girly things is terrifying. I think my ears are actually bleeding, he's such a bad singer😂.
" oh shut it zoey or I'll sing some more!" Luke yelled at me.
" whatever Luke." I laugh out when I see his expression of the house. I run to the house and so does Luke. Fighting our way through the door and yelling at each other.
" zoey stop it and let me go in first! I'm older than you anyway!" Luke cried out.
"Pfff! Like by a few seconds, now knock it off you cry baby." I say as I make my way through the door and run up the stairs to pick out my room first.
I pick the room with a balcony, king size bed, flat screen, and it's own bathroom. I set my stuff down and jump on the bed happy to be out of the car and on a comfy bed. I decided to unpack so I put all my clothes in the closet and dresser and then head to the bathroom to take a shower.
After I take my shower I head to my room and turn on the radio, just as my favorite song comes on. I start dancing to it and soon enough my towel falls off and I keep dancing. All of a sudden I hear a voice from my balcony. I scream and turn around to be faced with a smoking hot guy. He has brown hair, blue eyes and a lip piercing. DAMN! He looks hot as fuck, I say to myself. I see him smirk and then I look down to see what he's smirking at and notice I'm still naked standing in front of him. I run and grab my towel to cover myself up. I turn back around and face the hot guy staring at me.
" umm, who are you? And why are you on my balcony?" I questioned him.
" I'm your neighbor, my names Tyler." He answers.
" uh ok hi, I'm zoey. Can u turn around or something so I can get dressed?" I ask Tyler. He smiles and turns around. So I turn around and go strait to my closet and get a pair of lacy black underwear and matching bra, then I grab another tank top and some booty shorts to go along with it. I put them on in a rush then race back out to where Tyler is standing.
" ok so I'm done, whatcha want?" I ask Tyler.
" just wanted to tell you that you should close your balcony next time or get blinds," he says " oh and by the way you got a nice body." He says with a smirk. I gasp at what he said and yelled at him to get out and he does. Omg I can't believe I'm so stupid that I forgot we had neighbors that could've seen me naked and did. I slap myself and jump on my bed to text Daniel and say good night then head off to bed dreaming about my smoking hot neighbor Tyler.
* Tyler's POV*
" honey did you hear were getting new neighbors?" My mother asks me. I shake my head and she smiles. " they are supposed to be here later I think it's a man and his children.
" oh really? Any my age?" I ask.
" yeah I think there is a girl your age and a boy the other one is little." She tells me.
" k thanx mom." I say and run off to my room.
* an hour later*
I've been in my room all day and I'm really bored. I hear a car pull up and talking.
"Oh my fucking gosh I'm glad that's over!" I hear
"oh shut it zoey or I'll sing some more!" I hear someone reply
" whatever Luke" I hear the zoey girl reply to the Luke guy.
I walk over to my window to see a smoking hot girl with blonde hair and blue eyes run to the front door of the house with a boy chasing behind her. But damn is she hot, like smokin. I go back over to my bed and think about the cute blonde, just as I get relaxed I see the blonde through the window in the room across from mine putting her clothes in the closet. Then I see her head to the bathroom. I get up from my bed when I see her come out of the bathroom and turn on her radio. I watch as she dances around her room, until finally her towel falls off. And DAMN is she hot, her body is so fit and toned that I wouldn't mind tapping that. I clear my throat to get her attention. As soon as I do so she turns around startled until she sees me and starts checking me out, I smirk at her. Then she looks down at herself and runs to grab her towel, I just stand there and smirk to myself. Once she grabs the towel she turns back around to face me.
" umm, who are you? And why are you on my balcony?" She asked curious.
" I'm your neighbor, my names Tyler." I say to her.
" uh ok hi, I'm zoey. Can u turn around or something so I can get dressed?" She says. I smile to myself and turn around for her. I wait for a few minutes for her to come back.
" ok so I'm done, whatcha want?" I hear zoey say from behind me. I turn around and damn she even looks good in clothes with her tight black tank top and booty shorts hugging her body. I smile and look up at her.
" just wanted to tell you that you should close your balcony next time or get blinds," I say with a smile then I add " oh and by the way you got a nice body." I say with a smirk when I hear her gasping at what I had just said and yelling at me to get out. I turn around and head back to my bed to go to bed and think about zoey all night.
