There she sat in the doorway with her arms above her head. The cops came running through the house trying to find her.

"Alison! Why are you running so fast?" Katy tried to catch up to Ali.
"School is finally out! What do you expect me to do? Sit around and mope? Hell no! I'm running. I'm done with this damn town!" Alison said rolling her deep ocean blue eyes.
"Whoa, chill. What's so wrong with this place?" Katy asked looking around.
"Oh you know, everything. Everyone expects so little of you. Everything is so old and boring. I want to get out to the city. Where no one would think so little of me. Maybe then... Maybe I can finally find someone to love. "
" I love you. " Katy told Ali in concern.
