if she touches her opponent then they freeze. it depends on how long she touches them if she touches them for a long time they can die.

but if she touches it to long her hands will turn blue

 5-year-old Y/n

"it's your fault she's dead" my father yelled throwing a vase at me. " I'm s-sorry" I screamed crying.  earlier that day me and mommy were playing when my quirk manifested. I gave her a bear hug but then she got cold and fell asleep. when daddy came home from work he started yelling at me,

   he threw a shoe at me crying, but he stopped he grabbed my bag shoved it with cloths water and gloves zipped it up threw it outside along with me." never come back! " he said with tears. and slammed the door. " no no please don't leave me, dad, no" I screamed crying.

    after a few minutes he still didn't come out I grabbed my bag putting it on quickly so it does not freeze it. I started to walk to a bus stop but I stepped on glass. "arghh" I yelled starting to cry. i sat down on the grass looking at the glass. a couple of minutes later a man came out of the sky with a grey scarf. " are you ok" he asked looking a my stained face. i lifted up my foot and he saw the glass. *sigh* he grabbed a band-aid my and fixed it up. 

he picked me up I moved my arms so I don't hurt him . "how old are you? " he asked. i held up five fingers. he nodded." what's your guirk? " he asked another question. i touched the beach and it started to turn blue then black. " i thinks its frostbite." i say. he nodded again " where are your parents? " he kept asking questions. " dad kicked me out because i put mommy alseep" i said. he looked shocked but got in my bag pulled the pair of gloves on and picked me up a walked to his house then called  the police.  turns out his name was aziwa and he ended up getting custid and stared to take care of me.
