With tears trickling down her face, landing on the photograph in her hands, she was staring at his handsome face, captured from an eternity ago, so intently as if looking harder would bring him back to life or a loophole would appear in front of her that'ld take her to his world. She was falling apart inside but she wasn't ready to give up on him, on what they had, even though he was long gone, but something inside her kept hoping that one day he'll come back to her because he loves her too much to just let go, he'll find a way to her, that's what she kept telling herself, but a part of her heart knew it was never going to happen, Mathan really was gone.

The room was cold and so was her heart from all the hurt she'd been through. Beside her, the king-sized bed was still un-made as she'd left it in the morning, a window-sized framed photograph of the perfect moment when he'd slid a ring on her finger, was hung above it. Infront of the bed, lay the big couch where she'd thrown her bag and phone when she'd come home earlier. The beige coloured decorations on the dark-blue coloured walls of the room seemed to be mocking her and the hole in Mathan had left in her life. And right infront of the room she'd scattered all the photographs she had of their time together. Looking at them she felt like she belonged somewhere, like all the things she feel and remember, were real sometime. It was not a dream. She didn't felt so detached from the world and the society, when she went back to their shared heaven they'd created on earth together.

She was engrossed in all of her thoughts and her imaginary world where he still existed and that's exactly when she heard a soft voice say her name, "Gen", almost like a whisper and her imagination made her believe it was him. Her Matty was back. Her face lit up with all her hopes and the love she had for him, but she didn't looked up immediatly, fearing that the voice was just her imagination. "Gen", she heard again, just as soft but a little loud this time. She shot-up immediately and her face fell. All her hopes came crashing down on her as she realized the person in front of her was not Mathan, it was Zack, looking at her with hurt written all over his face. She felt like she'd die with the ache she felt in her heart right then, it was as if he'd died right in front of her all over again. Her heart raced wildly as she felt her chest tighten, and the unbearable ache, reaching her head. She felt the world spin before the pain spread throughout her body. She was hurting so much that the pain was almost physical rather than emotional. She can't be going through all this alone again....

He felt something snap inside him as he saw her lighted up face, fell into a horrible mask of someone in immense pain, as she saw him standing there. He immediatly realized what she must've thought. He ran and landed right beside her, as he saw her holding her head and scream, "Mathan noOo... You can't leave me... noO...", he held her tight in his arms, to somehow calm her down. It was slipping right out of his hands. He felt like killing himself as he realized it was all because of him that she's having a break down again. She was screaming in his arms and his shirt was getting wet with her tears soaking through and it was then that he first realized something wet on his cheeks, his tears. He knew right then that with Gen, he had got his heart broken for the first time in his life. "Sshh baby... Its going to be alright... Please don't cry sweetheart.... Sshh... its ok...", he kept whispering in her ears, trying to calm her down, despite the pain he was feeling himself. "Gen please don't cry.... I'm here with you... please look at me.... please....", he tried to soothe her and was surprised when he actually saw her lifting her head up to look at him. He gasped as he saw her beautiful face all crumpled with pain. Her features all masked with misery and her eyes as hollow and lifeless as of a porcelain doll. He sighed before cutting the unnerving silence. "You should've told me Gen... You should've let me be with you....", he said really softly, as if afraid to hurt her with a little bit of noise. She just sighed sadly, "I couldn't make myself... I really wanted to.... I..I just didn't wanted sympathy....", her voice still thick with tears. He couldn't suppress a groan at that,
