Florenci City
Tesla finally returned to Florenci City with the necessary proof of completion. He had gathered over 2 dozen mana crystals plus a few goblin teeth as proof of his kills. Cannete had chosen to stay in the village until her party members had recovered. So Tesla returned alone.
"Here's proof of completion from the monster hunt."
Tesla dumps the contents of his sack on the counter.
Livian was stunned there must have been over 2 dozen mana crystals and he had even brought back a few goblin teeth.
"There's this as well"
He hands her sheet paper. It was basically a thank you from the village that gave them the request. She hands it back to him.
Perhaps she had underestimated this boy. Though high ranking adventurers were capable of killing many goblins on their own and they were a weak species she was still skeptical that this boy had killed so many on his own.
"What of the other adventurers that also took this request?" She asks.
Tesla thought about how to answer that question. Technically they weren't wiped out. However they were effectively defunct so that's how he chose to answer.
"Defunct. 1 was killed and 2 are out of commission. The remaining member has chosen to stay in the village until her members have recovered."
"I see...please wait a moment...Here's your reward money" Livian says putting a small sack of coins on the counter.
"Thank you" he says taking it.
"Congratulations on completing your first request" she said sincerely.
"Well I guess you are somewhat capable kid." A voice from behind him says in tone of moderate approval.
He turns around and sees Lanky dude and some new faces with him.
"That means sooo much coming from you" Tesla says sarcastically.
Apparently he didn't catch the sarcasm in Tesla's voice.
"If you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask me Magron for help." He says with an air of superiority.
Such an irritating guy....
"I'll keep that in mind." Tesla said turning back to Livian.
"Where can I sell these?" Tesla asked.
"You can sell them at any merchant shop. These mana crystals are pretty common so it they won't sell for much but you have a decent amount so you can something for them." Livian explained.
"I see thank you Livian. I'll return tomorrow to take a new request"
"I look forward to working with you." Livian waved as Tesla leaves.

After selling his mana crystals Tesla finally returns to Blackstar. He decides to take a look around the city and see the what's to see. Florenci City a city with wide streets for carriages and wagons. A huge fountain sits in the center of the city in a giant plaza. The buildings were still very much Roman inspired and close together creating many alleyways. The population was mostly human with a few Dwarves and Elves mixed in. One thing he noticed was that Venicia Kingdom was one a multirace nation. Later he would have to refresh his memory on the countries and politics of this world. After walking with Blackstar for awhile he decides to hit the public bathouse to get himself clean. As he was cleaning himself he calls out
