"Daddy, is mommy ok?" tanong ng batang Seena sa ama.

"She will be, pretty. Go home first with your nanny and get some sleep." masuyong sabi ng daddy niya.

"I don't want to go home, daddy. I want to make sure that mom is fine." she said.

Sa kabila ng pagguhit ng hapdi sa puso sa kalagayan ng asawa ay napangiti si Leo sa anak.

Seena is only 8yrs. old but she's too clever.

"I assure you, pretty, that mommy is fine. And tomorrow, when you come back here, you can have a chitchat with her." said her dad.

Seena's face brightened. "Okay. I'll go home then."

Ngumiti si Leo sa anak at tinawag ang yaya nito para umuwi.

Nang mawala sa paningin niya ang anak ay saktong nagbukas ang pinto ng O.R. at lumabas ang doctor.

Lumapit si Leo dito.

"How's my wife, doc?" agad niyang tanong.

The doctor shake his head.

Alam na niya ang sagot.

"Your wife did'nt make it, Mr. Gallego. I'm sorry." sabi nito pagkatapos ay bumalik na sa O.R.

His world turned to pieces.
