With his book finished,Gab was already asleep and in his alternate reality.He looked around the palace as he bore a comfortable expression on his face "No wonder I'm so imaginative,I can make the best locations with a simple mental visualization of it in my head",he was startled when he heard a voice from above "Well,a writer always is creative.The reason why you make the best locations for your books is simple,your head is filled with places you desire to be in".He looked up and saw Hueningkai along with the other TXT members waving at him happily,Yeonjun ran down the stairs and got the boy in his arms "Our little writer!We finally get to see you again after a long time!".Gab pat his arms as he looked scared "Hyung,you're lifting me up too high-",Yeonjun looked below him and saw his height made Gab seem like he was being lifted up over a high place.He put him down as he apologized,the child rubbed his neck as he also felt sorry.

With the rather awkward atmosphere,they all went out the door and saw the beautiful garden.Gab ran to the rose bushes and got one,he tucked it behind his ear and the sight made the boys sweetly smile.Beomgyu went to him and pat his head "Look at you,being so adorable because you got to see a rose",Gab pouted "We don't grow roses at my houses,you know?Getting to see this much roses is the best thing in the world,hyung".Beomgyu chuckled "All right,I understand~",he kneeled next to him and got more roses.He went to a nearby ladder and got the piece of red ribbon hanging from the side,he tied it around the stems of the roses and made it into a simple bouquet of roses.He gave it to Gab "Here,you can bring this back once you wake up and put them in a vase.Consider it a gift from all of us,if you want",Gab shyly pouted before he hugged him "Thank you for being so kind to me,hyung.I didn't know I could be best friends with famous idol celebrities so easily,I guess my love for books really is strong",Beomgyu sported a sweet grin as he rubbed his back "You're welcome,we'll always be kind to you.There will never be a day that we won't be like that,never".Gab raised his eyebrow as he looked at him "Are you sure you're telling the truth,hyung?",Beomgyu nodded "I would never lie to you,all I say to you is true and honest".Gab crossed his arms "Then answer my question,am I a disposable friend to you?",Beomgyu smirked before he whistled.

At a instant,the other boys ran to him.Taehyun looked menacing as he spoke "Who told you that?",Gab laughed "No one told me that,its just a simple question.Why did you guys think that when I have a selective group of friends?".Hueningkai rubbed his neck shyly "We're just looking out for you,nothing too complex",Gab gave them a suspicious expression "You sure,hyung?".Hueningkai nodded "Yes,I'm very sure",the boy shook his head "I saw through your lie,just tell me the truth.You can't use a lie against a professional liar,unless its well-made and seems convincing".Yeonjun sighed "We just don't like it when you're being treated wrongly,it just doesn't sit right to us when you let everything happen to you so casually even if it makes you vulnerable",Gab shrugged his shoulders "I guess this is the life I live as a mentally unstable child,not many people understand it and only few people actually do".He was shocked when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him,Yeonjun rested his head on his shoulder since he was kneeling down on the grass "Close your eyes,I want to be with you in real life".Gab was reluctant at first but he knew he had to do as he asked when he felt Yeonjun rubbed his back,he closed his eyes and could tell that he would wake up in Yeonjun's arms.

When he opened his eyes,he saw that Yeonjun was looking at him with sad eyes.He moved closer and seemed to feel the same "What's wrong,hyung?",he didn't mind that Yeonjun was wearing a tank top but could feel him caress the hair above his hair sweetly.He sighed before he spoke in a sweet but gruff voice "I worry so much about you,I hate and love that",he leaned in and kissed the boy's forehead "I'm so sorry the world treats you so badly,you don't deserve any of it".Gab pursed his lips and hid his head in Yeonjun's chest,the other caressed the hair on the back of his head whilst the boy finally felt like he had a brother.Gab softly spoke "Hyung,can we go out of your room?",Yeonjun laughed before he nodded while looking at him "Of course,anything for you".

When they walked out the door,Yeonjun had a jacket on since he could get cold with just his tank top on as Gab was shaking.He turned to him and got him a jacket "Here,wear this",he smiled when the boy thanked him and put on the big jacket over him.They went to the couch and sat down,Gab laid his head on Yeonjun's shoulder and felt comfortable.The other put his arm on the child's shoulder before he saw the other boys appear,he waved at them which was a way to tell them they could come near and laughed when they instantly ran to the couch.Hueningkai grinned as he ruffled Gab's hair "Look who we have here,its our little writer~",Yeonjun sported a small smile "Seems like you really wanted to see him in reality,little Hyuka".Hueningkai turned red "Don't call me cute nicknames in front of him,hyung",Gab pulled him close and pat his back "Little Kai-hyung seems to like me a lot,does he?".Hueningkai nodded and acted like he was younger than him even if they only had a five year gap in terms of age,the boys held Gab close to their hearts and made sure they defended him from everything that could hurt him.

TIMESKIP

After a few minutes,they were watching a movie since Gab would wake up later than usual on Saturday.Yeonjun kept him close as to keep him warm with his body temperature "You won't believe me but Hueningkai would spend so much time in his room during days when we have no schedule,he always watches movies by himself and doesn't let us in either",Gab giggled "Typical maknae behavior,I'm not surprised".Hueningkai smirked in victory as Yeonjun wouldn't let himself fall to defeat,he held Gab's hand and caressed it.The boy turned to him "Hm?",the other chuckled "What?I suddenly can't hold your hand now because you like Hueningkai more?".Gab shook his head as he was slightly red,the other boys laughed at his adorable reaction and Yeonjun quickly got him on his lap.

When the movie finished,Gab was asleep in Yeonjun's arms and the others were still awake.Yeonjun laughed when the boy had his head rested in the crook of his neck "You really like me,don't you?",he rubbed his back as he hummed a tune "That's a good thing,my little baby~".Soobin crossed his arms "Wow,rude.Didn't hyung's parents teach him to share?",Taehyun nodded "Yeah,what he said".Yeonjun gave them a arrogant smirk "First come,first serve.You should have been the one who hugged him a while ago,you could have gotten the chance to have him",Beomgyu simply hid his jealousy but it skyrocketed when Yeonjun carried Gab in his arms.He was ready to jump on him before Soobin pulled him back,on the other hand,Yeonjun was acting as if he was Gab's father and carried him around like he was a baby.

When they looked at the clock,they saw only an hour passed but it felt it was more than a hour that went by.Yeonjun looked at the sleeping boy in his arms and pat his back "We'll bring him back at twelve midnight,I'm sure his father won't notice that he's sleeping way too deeply",Taehyun tutted as he crossed his arms "When he likes you that much,you like him with the same amount.Such an eyesore,seriously...".He stood up and walked to the kitchen to get some water,Yeonjun didn't mind what he said and kept carrying Gab.He smiled softly when he heard him grumble "All right,I'll lay you down.You really don't like being moved around too much while sleeping,don't you?",he went to the couch and carefully laid him down with his head laying on a soft cushion.He used the jacket he gave him as a blanket since it was way too big for him and couldn't help but feel like a father at the rather adorable sight,he always had him in his mind and he liked it more than he could.He turned behind him and saw that everyone was staring at him as if he had something on him "What?",Soobin looked away "Its nothing,I just thought that you were his father".Yeonjun was ready to punch him before he heard a soft groan,Gab sat up as he rubbed his eyes "Did I accidentally fall asleep?".Yeonjun nodded "Do you want to go back to your room already?",Gab sat up as he gave him a nod "Yes,sir~".Before he could even move a step,Soobin raced Yeonjun and got his hand.He gave the other a victorious smirk before he brought the boy to his room,he was glad that he would be able to be lay by his side and he showed it off proudly.

Like usual,Gab laid by Soobin's side as the others were back on their beds.They all fell asleep and were quickly brought back to the palace garden,Gab knew he still had the rose tucked in his ear and the rose bouquet in his hands.Yeonjun looked at him with a smile "Let's go?",Gab gave him a nod and they started making their way to the palace doors.When they went in,they walked up the stairs and stopped right in front of the door of M/N's quarters.Gab took a deep breath before he opened it and saw the bright white light greet him,he gave the boys a parting hug and walked in.As expected,he woke up back in his bed and his roses already in a vase that was on his table.He looked around the dark room before he let out a relieved sigh "I wonder what should I do for my 24th book,hm....",he thought for a few minutes before he grinned happily at a certain thought : "Maybe I should go for a Hybe family book this time.....Yeah,a hybe family book will do well~"
