Lucy was a very professional, intelligent, high-classed lady raised to blossom into a successful young woman. She'd never once thought that she'd be held at the very whim of a certain Jeffery Alan Woods. They always say 'sleeping with the enemy' has never turned out favorably, and well, they just might happen to be right.
Jeffery Woods was one of the most notorious and deviously powerful men on her city's most wanted records. Renowned for his flawlessly organized plans to corrupt men of their profits and lives with a single handshake and ranking at one of the top underlying meth and phentermine distribution companies that ran statewide. A very intelligent young man, handsome, successful, wealthy and always used to getting what he wanted. Weather it be money, drugs, sex, his manipulative nature was sure that he would never be refused.
That man is the one that she and her team just may be tracking on her internship for her last year of criminal justice/psychology course after graduating college to earn her next degree. Jeffery was at the very top of that diabolical pyramid, but of course they didn't even know that yet.
She often hated herself for what she was doing, hated him for having her deep under his spell, hated herself for letting him use her like this. But at the same time, she knew deep down, she couldn't care less, she'd be lying to herself if she said she didn't enjoy the thrill.

Lucy stared at her reflection in the vanity mirror as she applied a thin layer of gloss to her plumped lips. Her dark curls hung past the tops of her collarbone and draped down past the scoop of her pristine navy blazer, the black pencil skirt hugged her hips flatteringly and her glossy nude pumps engulfed her tired feet from the day before.
He'd always liked her in business wear most
Her heels clicked with every step as she walked up and down the empty marble hallways. The solitary echoes of each step sent a taunting shiver down her spine and pricked her skin with a chill. She never liked being alone.
Her team was meeting in the conference room this morning so she still had time to grab herself a cup of tea before the lecture began.
"Well I'll be damned, I didn't even think you'd show this morning" Anne joked with a smile as Lucy took the seat beside her at the conference table.
"I almost didn't" Lulu joked back with a laugh.
"Well I'm happy you did, I wasn't about to be the only one hungover at this ungodly early meeting" Anne replied while giving a gesture to her aching head.
