Koi To Love Shattered Times (Concept)

Intro

After all the Events. After all that happened, I stand here. At the End of Something Big. A Secret. We never thought that something like that could be possible. Here in that Town, many People died, and many supernatural events took place. Me... a simple guy who saw all this... wants to spread this. Everything I recorded is gone. Burned. Everything I had, I lost.
That a "normal" Company with the Name "Black Swan" would do humanoid experiments to get the next human evolution step... that's sick. No one would have thought that. I am still surprised. A guy called "Gavin" set this up. Made it public. I believe him. It all makes sense, of all things that happened and the disappearance of Victor. It all comes together.
I will now write all I know, all I saw, all what was told to me down. To show that we as Humans are not that simple how we believe. Then when we take the words of the Red Queen Hypothesis: "It takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same Place" we should have known.

Times will now be different.
2019... a Year full of changes for the Town. Evols are now... rare. Hidden. Scared. I want do my best. To keep this up. Even when I have to go to the bring of my Human Self.
Where do I start... at the beginning?
Where did I lose it all? Maybe.
There is something I need to explain:
I am just a Normal Person. No Evol. I always wanted these kinds of Humans to be treated like normal ones. Not for the next Human Evolution Step, but for how many of them are, they person. When the Company was destroyed and saw what pain and suffering was brought to many people... I asked myself: "Is it in our power to decide who is an Evol and who isn't?"
