The clock's ticking was the only sound that could fill the entire library of University of New Seattles at this time of the year. Nearing the end of semester and end of finals there are barely any students spending more time in the library. Well, except Leslie Robins. The healthy twenty five year old omega loves spending most of his time in the library, mostly doing research for his master degree on mystical beasts in archeology.
Today was a quite different day for the red hair omega, he's supposed to be done with his classes for this semester but him and his research group member, who is also his own cousin, was invited to a seminar for the on-field expedition, which Leslie has been looking forward to since taking his master program. As a student who majored in Mystical Beasts in Archeology, imagine how excited he was when he found out that there will be a huge chance for him to go to his dream research expedition in Egypt.
The omega was so excited for this day that he couldn't sleep all night, went to the campus two hours early before the seminar, he decided to take a quick nap in the library after some reading. So here he is, sleeping with his mouth wide open, head laid on his upper arm, long knitted sleeve rode up showing a bit of his flawless brown skin, right on top of his reference books.
It was thanks to the opened window letting the breezy wind of fall season, red leaves blew in and landed right near the red head's nose that it stirred up his sleep. Leslie scratched his nose from the contact and changed his position when his arm accidentally knocked over his case of his beloved pens.
"My pens!"
Leslie opened up his big lime green eyes immediately as he crouched on the floor to pick up the scattered collection of fountain pens he brings everywhere. He sighed in relief when nothing is broken but frowned a bit when he saw a little scratch on one of the pens.
It was when he was done with putting all of his pens back into the case he remembered why he was here in the first place.
"The seminar!"
The omega screamed and got an aggressive shush from the librarian lady. He ignored her as he gathered up his belongings and ran. His unruly medium length curly red hair moving wildly in the air.
When he got to the designated room Leslie almost yelled in frustration when he saw everyone already scattered out of the small auditorium. The professor who was in charge of the seminar has his back facing Leslie as he was erasing the words written on the blackboard.
"Professor Smith!" Leslie called as he went down the stairs and had the old alpha male turned around looking at Leslie up and down with a frown.
"Who are you?" The man in his seventies asked.
