*beep beep beep*
*beep beep*"Kat wake up! You're starting your new school today!" I heard my mom calling for me. "Kat lets go! Get ready!" Ugh..
Yea, I'm Kat, short for Kathryn. I'm 17 years old and I just moved from Minnesota.
"KAT"
"I'm coming!" Jeez
"Almost ready? You're gonna be late!"
"Almost!" I threw on some ripped jeans, a band tee, and slipped on my Vans. I quickly did my hair and grabbed my bag.I ran downstairs and almost tripped over Bronx, my teacup yorkie. I quickly fed him and stuffed a bagel in my mouth, running out the door to meet my mom in the car.
We drove off in the direction of the school.
Once we got there, we walked into the main office, it looked huge!
"May I help you two?" An older looking lady asked us. She had the librarian glasses, and looked at us through narrowed eyes.
"Yes, I registered my daughter here last week and she's starting her first day today,"
"Right this way,"She led us through a hallway and into one of the other main rooms. She gave mom a code of conduct, or whatever the hell that was, then gave me my schedule. New school? This oughtta be amazing...
Mom is super protective, but for no reason. I mean I'm 17. I don't need that. She gave me a sloppy kiss on the forehead and left.
Authors note-
This is only the first chapter, I'm sorry its really short, I'm planning on having the others at least a thousand words
