This is your look after. Sorry if you don't like it. But I spent like 20 minutes trying to make both. So just like Rimuru you kind of look a bit younger. But you're really powerful!
Age: 37 (When you died) Even though you are like 50 years old you look 14 to everyone else
Relationships: You're not in one (Sorry)
(You're kind of the same as Rimuru before he died)
Powers/Abilities:
Night Vision: You're able to see anything in the dark
Absorb Abilities: You are able to scan your opponents to see what their abilities are and take them away from them
Regeneration: You can heal any wound on yourself or anyone around you in less then 3 seconds. Or you can make Healing potions!
Dissolve: Since your Reincarnated as a Slime you are able to change back and forth between your slime form and human form

This is your slime form but instead of blue your white (Or any color of your choice!)
Long distance hearing: You are able to hear any sound from a very long distance
Telepathy: You are able to talk and connect your mind with anyone around you
Past: You are able to touch someone and see what happened to them in the past (Think of what Loki did in Thor Ragnarok)
Transform: You are able to transform into someone's worst nightmare/Fear
Silence: You're able to completely hide your sound from anyone
Storage: Just like Rimuru you're able to Absorb any monster and keep them inside of you
