The White Dome

"President, the light is closing in!" A Philippines Security Guard says as President Duterte is in his balcony. Looking at the sky, he and everyone around him can see a blinding dome of light slowly engulf the country until the blue sky was replaced with only white.
He had also received reports of them slowly losing communication with there enemy and ally countries like Germany, China, Russia, Japan, Indonesia and even America.

He sighs as he remembers the dream he had just earlier when he was fast asleep before everyone was aware of the dome.

A elegantly beautiful looking white skinned lady with a white hair and green eyes, wearing a long white gown stretching below her feet with it reaching to the ground with rings that levitate around her arms. She greets him as she calls herself. Ila, The Goddess of creation and life.

"As you wake up, your country will be engulfed in light as it will be brought to another world, a world filled with journeys and mysteries. A world were your sense and perspective of reality and normalcy will be broken..." she stops as she drinks her tea and then put it back on her tea plate and then look at the emperor in the eyes.
"But also, be a new sun to shine on the world filled with darkness that no one cannot change. Euriana."
He remembers one of the sentences that he was given from the lady in a calming voice in his dream, as he was about to ask a question. He wakes up from the greenish landscape and tea table that Ila and Duterte were sitting on and see a PSG soldier wake him up to report him of the light dome in the sky.

As he remembers the recent dream. The ground then begins to vibrate as his people scream and then run to take cover for any debris or destruction to come on tables, cars, or any objects that can be used as a shield for their head.

"Mr. President, we must get to the bunker now!" The PSG soldier says again with urgency as a magnitude 5.0 earthquake starts with the screaming turning louder.

"Is this what you meant?" Duterte says. Is this what she meant of their country being brought to another world. As hes thoughts raced around his head of what world he and his people would be brought to. A world filled of mysteries and journeys, with his country being the crusader to conquer the darkness. A unknown adventure awaits them.

Strangely, instead of the normal destruction that a earthquake would give, it did nothing than shake the ground without making any of the structures move or collapse with hundreds of people dead. It dosent even feel like shaking but more of a slow smooth movement to the left.

His surroundings went quiet as all did not expect for the earthquake to not break any of the structures around them but still kept there guard if the destruction is just delayed.

It went on for a few minutes. The PSG soldier keeps insisting him to follow him and hide in the bunker but Duterte just moved his right hand up and then open his palm with it facing the back of it towards the soldier, signalling him to wait.

The shaking finally stops. The light dome then slowly dissolves in the sky. After it had fully dissolved, it revealed the blue sky  again with no visible difference.

The president removes his hands on the railing as he look behind him towards the PSG soldier.
"I want a report on our situation. Also order an emergency crisis meeting now, time will be 5:00 PM. Tell the heads of each department to gather as much intelligence as they can in our current situation." Duterte says with a calm but urgent voice. The PSG soldier salutes and then leave to do what the president told him.

Duterte then looks at the city again, seeing his people get up and walk around, confused of what the recent chain of events that had just happened. He then leaves the balcony and suit up and join the upcoming emergency meeting.
