~Y/N POV~
I was waiting in my room, well not necessarily waiting but SLEEPING in my room, when my house-elf Timpey woke me up. "Miss L/N, Timpey is truly sorry for waking you up but Y/N has a letter!" Timpey squeaked anxiously. Timpey is my only family, my mum and dad died in the first wizarding war, and left me all their fortune and Timpey. I gave Timpey clothes not to long ago even though I knew that would mean freeing her, but to my surprise, Timpey wanted to stay with me so I think of Timpey as a sister, or pet. I opened the letter and the look on Timpey's face told me she knew what it was but wasn't spilling the beans. "Miss Y/N L/N, you have been chosen to attend Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry" I could NOT believe my eyes, I had been accepted to HOGWARTS!! I could not wait to tell my best friend harry, but I figured that since he lives with muggles and he doesn't know he's a wizard himself I should keep quiet. Guess I'm gonna need to go to the Hogwarts express in 3 weeks.
