Me and Reece walked hand in hand up to the lift as we got in. "I am so lucky to have you." Reece smiled, pulling me closer to him. "And I am even luckier to have you." I smiled as Reece kissed my nose and I giggled. Soon enough we had reached the ground floor and we walked out into the reception area. Lucky enough there were no fans outside as it was nearly midnight, so we didn't get asked for pictures and nothing looked suspicious as me and Reece aren't actually meant to be together.
Reece walked me to a car that was waiting outside, he opened the door for me (what a gentleman) as I got in, he then walked around to the other side to get in as he told the driver where we were going. I never heard anything because he just whispered in his ear. I wonder where we were actually going...
"Can you tell me where we're going yet?" I asked impatiently. "Nope." Reece replied simply. "Why not?" I asked. "Because it's for me to know and for you to find out." He smirked. I huffed as I knew I wasn't going to get anything out of Reece. After a good 20 minutes in the car with me and 'Mr I'm not telling you anything' talking about random things we had finally arrived in the middle of no where.
Reece got out of the car and came around to my side of the car as he opened the door for me, I thanked the driver and thanked Reece for opening the door before I stepped out into the chilly winter air. "Reece, where are we?" I asked with a worried tone in my voice. "Don't sound so worried, it's a surprise. You trust me right?" Reece assured me. "Yeah, of course I do but it's dark and I can't really see anything." I said. "Hold onto my arm, you'll be fine and I promise you it'll be worth it in the end." He smiled before he subtly kissed me lips. I held onto Reece's arm with a tight grip as we walked down a crooked pavement.
The moon glistened on the damp path as we continued to walk into the darkness. But then I saw something...we came to a corner and a spec of light glowed on the stones on the floor. We turned the corner, where a building was in front of us. We walked into the building, no one was in there apart from the waiter. It looked beautiful. There was one table with two chairs right in the centre of the room. Candles were alight around the room, making it feel warm and welcoming.
It was magical and most of all it was perfect. The sweet sound of music played quietly as we sat down at the table. I looked around the magical room in awe as Reece smiled at me. "This is perfect...did you do all of this?" I asked Reece, still in shock. "Yep, well I mean the boys did help me a bit and I needed the room to be perfect just like you." Reece smiled as he reached across the table and held my hand in his. "Just to let you know, this is all fancy but the food isn't. I love it and I know you do too." He smirked.
Out came the waiter with two chicken and mushroom pot noodles. I laughed as Reece did too, but I was glad that he knew I liked them. We both said thank you to the waiter as we tucked into our food. After finishing our food and having desert, we left the room and went outside. "Tonight has been amazing, thank you Reece." I smiled as I held onto Reece's hand, kissing his cheek. "Your welcome, I'm glad you've enjoyed it but it's not over yet." Reece smirked. "What do you mean?" I asked him, slightly confused. "Follow me." He smirked, he let go of my hand as walked towards a little hut next to a river.
I followed Reece to the hut as he slowly disappeared. "Reece, it's too dark. I can't see you...Reece?! Are you still the...?" I said, but couldn't finish my sentence as my arm got pulled by someone's hand. I screamed but someone put there hand around my mouth. "Shhhh! It's only me!!" The mystery person I now know to be as Reece spoke. I nodded in reply to him, also letting Reece acknowledge the fact that I wouldn't scream anymore. "Reece! I nearly had a heart attack, I thought I was gonna be murdered of somet...!" I yet again didn't get to finish my sentence as Reece interrupted me by attaching his soft lips to mine. Reece's hands made their way to waist as I put my hands around his neck. It started to get a bit heated when Reece pulled away. "Do you like it?" Reece asked me like an excited child at Christmas. "I love it." I smiled as I quickly pecked his lips once more, clearly finding them irresistible.
I looked around, the little room was filled with candles. Reece walked to the corner of the room, grabbing his guitar, and walking out to the front part of the hut, I followed in his footsteps as I sat down next to him on the wooden floor, the front part was outside and the view at night was clearly amazing. The moon beamed down onto the river, as the stars reflected down on us like little lights. "I've got a little surprise for you..." Reece started. "I wrote a song for you and it's called perfectly perfect." Reece smiled, looking out onto the river as his eyes shone in the moonlight. "You didn't have to." I smiled, feeling all warm and fizzy inside.
No ones ever wrote me a song and no ones ever gone to the lengths Reece has just to try and make me happy and just to see me smile. He's an amazing person and I'm honestly so lucky to have him in my life. "I did have to, the way I feel about you would come out better through a song. I can't keep all the love I have for you inside, I need you to know how much I love you and I need you to know that you're so much more than nothing special to me. Would you mind me singing it to you? Reece smiled. "Reece, I love you so much. I never expected any of this, thank you so much. And you can only sing me the song you wrote for me if you let me write you a song." I smiled. "I love you so much too. And deal." He smiled, kissing my lips before he started playing the guitar and he started singing.
Every time Reece sang, my heart melted. His voice was amazing, and I could never get bored of hearing it. No ones voice makes me feel the way Reece's does, he so talented and he doesn't even know it. The song was beautiful, it wasn't a cheesy love song but it expressed all the feelings he had for me. I loved the song so much, Reece meant the world to me and I would treasure this moment for the rest of my life, no matter what happens. The song was so amazing, that it made me cry, I couldn't hold back the tears of happiness.
Reece finished the song, smiling at me. "That was...amazing." I smiled back, wiping the tears that fell onto my cheeks. "Just like you." Reece smiled. "How am I going to match that?" I laughed. "You just being here next to me is matching that." He smiled, as he blushed and looked down. I smiled, lifting his chin up. "Thank you for all of this, this has been one of the best days of my life." I smiled, kissing Reece.
We slowly pulled apart as I rested my head on Reece's shoulder. We stayed there for a while before we decided to go back as it was getting really cold. We got in the car as we drove back to the hotel. Tonight has been like a dream, it's been perfect and I didn't want it to end. We shortly arrived back at the hotel as we walked back up to our hotel rooms. "Thank you so much for tonight, it's been perfect. You've been perfect." I smiled as I looked into Reece's beautiful eyes. "Your welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it, I needed a perfect date for a girl who's perfect." Reece smiled as I blushed. "Good night Millie." "Good night Reece." We both said as Reece joined my lips to his for a short but sweet kiss. "I love you." Reece said in between the kiss. "I love you too." I smiled. And on that note we both went into our separate hotel rooms. I walked into the hotel room to Lauren sitting on the bed watching TV in her onsie. "So how was it?" Lauren smirked. "It was perfect..." I smiled.
