~Hermione Granger POV~
We walked into the great hall, on the way a few older years were giving out books and I couldn't miss that chance and swept up a load of books. I followed Harry, Ron, and Y/N and we sat on the waiting table, I could here Malfoy say something like 'Mudbath' but I couldn't catch it. Professor McGonagall informed us that the ceremony will start in a few minutes. Harry asked Ron "How exactly do they sort us into Houses?" "Some sort of test I think, Fred says it hurts a lot, but I think he was joking." I saw Harry looking afraid and Y/N asked him "Harry, I don't think its a test, and I don't think it will hurt at all. Timpey said my mum was Ravenclaw and dad was Hufflepuff. I wonder what I'll be in." A small creature popped out of Y/N's bag and squealed in a VERY high pitched voice "Miss is very cunning so Slytherin would be good, but miss is also very kind and loyal to Timpey! Timpey thinks that miss might have gotten that Hufflepuff trait from miss's father yes I do! But Timpey also has seen miss being very brave, that would be Gryffindor, but miss is incredibly smart just like her mother! Timpey remembers Miss's mother, very smart, and in Ravenclaw!" listening to that speech made my heart melt, I don't know what kind of creature this is but I want one!
