I can remember that moment. The moment when I was hastily pulled out of school to be told that my Mom was dead. I sobbed my eyes out and screamed and kicked, knowing that my Mom would still be dead. But I promised something to myself. I will find who killed my Mom, and I will seek revenge.
Now its 10 years in the future, and I'm 18. I live with my Dad, who depression hasn't gotten any better. Sometimes I have to cuddle up with him some nights. He goes on and on sometimes about how its no one fault and she's im heaven but all I can do is nod quietly. This morning wasn't the same, quiet. I woke up and grunted as I remembered it was a school day. I got up and packed my lunch and book bag. My Dad kissed my forehead and looked in my eyes and said "I love you Blare" and I responded with a quick " I love you too " and left off. I got in my cheap old car who I named "Jacob" off of Twilight. "Hey Jacob" I said to the car as I plopped in. I revved up the car and drove to school to what seemed like a minute. I parked my car in drove up to my huge college. "Hi Blare", said my shy friend Johnny. "Its really cloudy out here and it might rain", he said trying to sound smart. "Wanna borrow my jacket?". I grinned at him. "Nice try, Johnny Bravo". He smiled and said smirking, "Its always worth a shot".We walked into the building and went to our morning classes. It was noisy but soon quieted down when the teacher came in. "Alright Alright settle down", she said smoothely, like she was a charmspeaker. "We will have a new guy transferring colleges to our classroom", and fair enough, that got everyone quiet. "His name is Josh and I wish for you teens to treat him with respect amd make him feel glad that he transferred." That's the only thing that stuck to me through that day of college, not fading my mind.
