Victoria woke up to the lovely sound of birds chirping at her bedroom window. She smiled and opened the window as a woodpecker landed on her finger "Well good morning to you too!" That's when her brother knocked on her door. "Victoria, your friend was standing outside. So i just invited her in." he said. "Hey Victoria!" It was Dakota. "How did you get my address?" Victoria asked. There was a moment of silence between the two. "Anyways, hurry up and get dressed." Dakota said walking out. Victoria just shrugged it off and put on her school uniform. She put on her pretty pink necklace and walked out. "Finally." Dakota said, grabbing Victoria's arm and running to their school. "WHY ARE WE GOING SO FAST!?" Victoria screamed almost tripping over a rock. "BECAUSE YOU WERE SO BUSY ADMIRING YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR THAT YOU DIDN'T REALIZE THAT WE'RE LATE." Dakota yelled back. When they finally arrived the bell rung, telling them that they were late.
When they got to their ELT, they snuck into the class room. They were careful not to alert the teacher that they were tardy. Luckily, they were so quiet that the teacher didn't notice. That's when Victoria felt someone tap on her shoulder. She looked behind her to see her crush, Lucky the leprechaun "I'm surprised that you were able to get away with that." He whispered. "I barely even made it to school." She whispered back. "Alright class, stop talking. We have a new student." Everyone went silent as the new student walked in. "Hey, my name is Mr. Clean I hope we can all get along." He said in a fake tone. Victoria watched all the other girls swoon over the new guy, but she had a bad feeling about him.
Lunchtime
Victoria got her lunchbox and sat down as she waited for Dakota. When Dakota finally sat down, Victoria couldn't stop ranting about the New guy. "He just seems so...weird! He doesn't even look like he's our age!" Victoria said. "Maybe you're just overthinking it. He seems like a nice guy, maybe you should talk to him." Dakota said as she opened her lunch. That's when they both heard a loud noise. They looked over to see Mr.clean and Kool-aid man fighting. "Or not." Dakota muttered. Victoria looked at Mr.Clean in disgust. She has never seen someone so disrespectful. It's like he didn't care about the consequences to his actions.
That's when Mr.Clean noticed Victoria staring at him. "What do you want?" Mr.Clean asked. "Nothing, it's just that you're making yourself look dumb." She said rolling her eyes. "Oh look! The teachers pet can actually talk!" Mr.Clean said laughing. "Honestly shut up. At least MY head isn't as shiny as yours. How tf is your name Mr.Clean and you smell musty." Victoria said looking directly in his eyes. Mr.Clean then growled and walked up to her. "You little-" Mr.Clean muttered grabbing her tray. That's when he started to laugh. "I can't believe i'm letting YOU talk bad about me. You probably have a crush on me." He said, grabbing her milk. "But next time, just ask." Mr.clean said, opening the milk and pouring it on her. The whole cafeteria went silent. Thats when everyone started laughing. She couldn't believe this was happening to her. Victoria ran out of the cafeteria and started crying. She ran into the bathroom to be all by herself, so nobody could judge her. That's when she heard a knock at the door. She assumed it was somebody coming to make fun of her, but then she heard Lucky the leprechauns voice. "Victoria? Are you okay?" Lucky asked. "Lucky? What are you doing?" Victoria asked. "Just checking in on you. Hey um I know this may be a bad time, but I have a note out here for you. You can read it when you're done." Lucky said. "I have to go, i'll see you later." He said as he left. Victoria went to see the note he was talking about. "Lucky..likes me?" She muttered in surprise. A smile started to appear on her face as she held the note.
"Maybe today won't be that bad after all." She whispered to herself.
