'Thank you so much for this opportunity', I said and left with a big smile on my face. I have been called to their office to be told the great new that I have finally gotten into my dream company. YG Entertainment. Working here has been my dream since forever.
I studied music & arts here in Seoul and got a job as a producer and vocalist at YG. Tomorrow is the big day I start already. 'We should celebrate this!', my best friend Hyejin said. 'You finally got the job of your dreams, I'm taking you out.'
Hyejin and I have known each other ever since elementary school and have never left our sides. She's pretty much the opposite of me. She has it so easy with men, and never gets tired of partying. Meanwhile I stopped looking for love after having my heart broken once, tragic right.
So we went to our favorite restaurant that we go to way too often. 'Can we get two servings of chicken?' we ask the lady that works here and she bows in answer. We enjoyed the food along with some drinks and said our goodbyes soon after.
My Appartement is not really the one you would dream of but I am happy with it. It's very bright with big windows and white painted walls. Since I live by myself I got to decorate it just the way I wanted it to.
Now it was time to prepare my stuff for tomorrow.
You could compare my nervousness to the one you have right before you take a very important exam. I showered and then lied in bed thinking of all the new people I'll meet and all the exciting things I'll get to do. What a dream come true.
