It's not a note, it's a word of caution

Darlings,

First things first. Thank you for embarking on this second adventure.

If you liked reading the book Paint Me Saved, which I just realized is short for PMS (and rightfully so since everyone is PMSing in that part) then you'll love this book but hate it too.

Hate!

Why?

Does someone die?

To answer the third question - Nope. Nobody dies. Everyone is safe, happy and just as weird as the first book. Maybe worse.

However, the hate part is for Leo. This book is his redemption like how the first one was Zemira's.

As usual, the dark romance will come into play. Leo will goof up while dealing with the aftermath of an unsuccessful mission. He'd hurt Zemira in more ways than possible (of course, not by cheating.) Real men don't cheat.

But real men do act like jerks and tend to do everything wrong before doing it the right way.

So, if you think you can't take Leo and Zemira's final, redemptive struggle before my favorite love birds have their happy ending, then you can be sated with the fact that those two will be together at the end.

If you embark on this journey, I wish for you to be considerate towards Leo and what he underwent.

I hope you'll see him as a broken man, a scared lover and a wounded soldier, hurting others he once loved.

I'd never say he isn't acting like a jerk. But there are times when you'd see the rationale in his behaviour. In his overt acts.

*Also, this book has some crazy, smutty scenes so grab onto your seats, chairs or bed because those chapters will rock you off base. *wink wink*

Love you all for your devoted reading and hope you'll love this book the same way you loved the first one ❤️
