Into the darkness

Chapter 1- Are you kidding me?

"Please forgive me if this comes out just a slight bit weird. You're dead." My mother said as she patted the spot beside her motioning for me to sit. "But I couldn't be how am I here how can you see me. You can stop the prank now." I said looking out the window. I could see all the people walking around like nothing has happened,but something has. I was trying to play it cool like I didn't believe her. Truth is I just didn't want to believe her I mean who would. I looked down at shirt, blood stains were all over my jeans and tank top. I felt nothing though, I felt like something had been lifted off my shoulders and I was free. "You were shot at, by whom I don't know." My mom said as I hugged her the tears fell. I let go and laided her down she needed sleep. I walked into the bathroom, I stared at my reflection astonished that I was standing there. I lifted up my shirt to see 2 bullet holes in my tummy, but they didn't look fresh. They looked healed like I'd had them for a while. My arm had blood on it were it looked like cuts used to be. I sat down closed my eyes and grabbed my wrist were my bracelet was. Something shot through me, an image. A dark place, the sun had just gone down I could hear them calling for me. ''Ava come out we just want to talk, play nice and we won't hurt you.'' Some distanced voice said. And then the image was gone, I grabbed my jacket and walked out. I don't know where I was going but I had to figure out what was going on I couldn't just sit around. Come on there had to be somebody that knew what was going on. I knocked on the door and waiting for him to answer. "hey I'm walking in okay?'' I walked into his room and looked around all I found was his phone. I just couldn't take it anymore I was dead, I have no clue why, and nobody can help me. I laided on his bed and started crying. ''Um.. Hi'' he said with his hand behind his head looking down at his half naked body in a towel. "Help me." I said.
