'This boy is going to be the next Vongola Boss' Iemitsu thought
But they did'nt not notice there second son
"Ahem sorry to disturb you Mr. and Mrs. Sawada but i think you forgot someone." - Doctor said

The doctor get angry cause this is the first time that he saw a family that forgotten there second son
"Your second son" - the Doctor is irritated because the Sawada does'nt not seem to care
"Ohh i forgot doctore can you give me my second son, i want to see him" - Nana is the only one whos seem to care for her second son

"This is your second son, what nae do you want for him" - the doctor ask
"Sawada Tsunayoshi, yes Sawada Tsunayoshi" Nana said as she also cuddle her second son because of it's cuteness
But Tsuna is not crying but moving that's why Iemitsu does'nt care for him
