Matt's P.O.V.
It was the last period of the day. Thank god!
As much as like going to a new school and talking with my new friends the classes are extremely boring!
I was finishing up my maths homework and Amy had asked to use the bathroom. But we all know she just went out to check her phone.
95 divided by -63 is? Ugh I wish I had a calculator! This would be so much easier. You know what? I think I'm just going to go out in the hall and use the calculator on my phone.
I stood up and walked over to the teacher.
"Can I go to my locker to get my maths textbook?" I asked her. Obviously lying about the textbook part.
"Yes but be back soon." The teacher told me then I walked out of the classroom.
The hallway was mostly empty. I saw Amy at her locker. I walked up to her.
"Hey!" I said and she jumped a bit.
"You scared me!" She said.
"Sorry. What are you doing?" I asked her.
"Oh you know checking my phone." She said.
"I knew it." I told her.
Then I took her phone out of her hands to see what she was doing.
"You're texting Rory." I said.
"Yeah so?" She asked.
"What is the relationship between you and Rory anyway?" I asked her giving her phone back.
"Why do you need to know?" She asked putting her phone in her locker.
"Stop trying to avoid to question." I said.
"I'm not avoiding it." She said.
"Then how close are you to Rory?"
"We are just friends." She said.
"Then why were you two snogging in the back hallway on Monday?" I asked.
She stiffened up. Obviously I pulled a trigger.
"You saw that?" She asked.
"Yeah. Does it matter." I asked her.
"No it doesn't." She said looking away from me. Then she went back into the classroom.
What was that all about? Is she angry at me? I hope not. We've only known each other for a few days but she's like my best friend.
I really screwed up. I shouldn't of mentioned that. Why does it even matter to her? Is it a secret relationship or something?
I walked to my locker and opened it. Then a took out my phone and just used the calculator to answer then rest of the problems. The entire time I was thinking about the way Amy acted when I mentioned her and Rory.
Even though it shouldn't bother me it did. I'm usually good about shrugging stuff off.
I finished my maths homework and put it back in my locker. Then I walked to the boys bathroom.
I saw that Craig Owens was in there. I didn't really know him but I've seen him in the boy's locker room.
"Oh hey Matt." He said to me. "What's up?"
Wait a minute? He knows my name?
"Nothing much." I said. Then leaned against the wall. "Do you know about Amy and Rory's relationship?"
"Just about everyone knows." He told me. "Even though they try to hide their feelings it's pretty obvious."
"I asked Amy about it and she got really mad at me." I told him.
"Oh yeah." He said. "That crazy Scottish fury."
"No it wasn't like a fit." I said. "She avoided eye contact, looked at the floor, then ran away."
"I don't know, man." He said drying his hands. "Girls are confusing sometimes."
"Yeah." I said.
Then Craig handed me a piece of paper.
"Look if you have any problems just text me alright?" He said patting my shoulder.
"Thanks Craig." I said to him.
"And look, Amy gets like that all the time." Craig said opening the door. "I'm sure she's already forgiven you."
Then he walked out.
Maybe he's right. Maybe I'm overthinking. But why would I over think about something like this?

Chris's P.O.V.
I was outside boarding the bus. I would be happier about it, but Rose is sitting with David. And to be honest Rose has been hanging around David a lot.
But the worst thing is. I heard that Jack kissed her. It is a rumor that it going around.
I would ask about it to her but she hasn't been talking to me lately. I wonder why? Have I done something wrong? Did I hurt her? Will she ever talk to me again?
All of these questions ran through my mind as I got on the bus. And took a seat. Seeing David and Rose together.
Is everything ok? Is her family ok? Am I ok? Am I a good guy? Am I too clingy?
I fact I was so caught up in all these questions that I didn't notice to guy who sat right next to me.
"Hey are you alright?" He asked me.
"What oh, yeah I'm fine." I to him, snapping back into reality.
"Have you got social problems?" He asked me.
"Yeah you could say that." I said to him.
"What your name then?" He asked.
"Christopher, but just call me Chris." I told him.
"Alright Chris, I'm Mickey." He said.
"Well nice to meet you Mickey." I said to him.
I guess he noticed me looking at Rose or something because the next thing he said was:
"Are you one of the guys that like Rose?"
"What? Uh yeah I guess." I said to him.
"Ah I see." He said looking over to her. "She's my ex."
"What really?" I asked.
"Yeah. I loved her so much." He said.
"Why aren't you two together?"
"She broke up with me. She said she found someone else." Mickey said.
"I'm sorry to hear that." I told him.
"It's not that big of a deal. I still text her. And besides there are plenty of fish in the sea." He said.
"Yeah you're right." I said to him.
Should I be saying the same thing? Maybe I should find someone else.
"But I'm not saying you shouldn't go for it." Mickey said. "Rose is an amazing girl."
"Isn't she getting really close to Jack?" I asked him.
"Yeah I don't know what that is about." Mickey said waving his arm.
"What do you mean?"
"She might like him, but only as a friend." He told me. "She's not into guys like him."
"Ok." I said. Then I calmed down a bit.
"Yeah so you can calm down a bit now." He said patting my back.
