Dark Matter

Cain who had a rough grip on Seven open the vault door and quickly tossed her inside. All he wants to do is to get away from her. Three, Four, and Six who all stood attentively at the door were shocked to see the state One and Seven were in. One's face is bloody and he's clearly in pain. Seven has a nicely blossoming bruise forming on her cheek, a split lip, and a bloody nose. 

As Seven stumbled in, Three caught her and steadied her. One stumbled and was caught by Four. The doors closed and the three men who had been left alone looked at her face and grew worried.

"Seven, what happened to your face? Did, Wexler do this?"

Seven only responded with a smile and a nod. She decides that it's best to say nothing. Three sits her down on one of the crates, and wraps his arm around Seven's shoulders. He lost Two, and now Five is missing. He doesn't want to lose this creepy girl who can be sweet sometimes. He won't admit it out loud but ever since Sarah he's started to form an attachment to the young girl. He won't loose her too. 

One groans in pain as Four helps him sit on a box. The three men gather closely around the two of them and look at them worriedly. Wexler and his people hurt Seven and One, what could they possibly be doing to Five? Where could she be?

Seven sat up from her spot on the ground. Everyone had been silent for a while. They were running out of air, and they're all afraid. Seven sat up because she could tell that something was happening on the ship. The brave knight was able to get in, and was now helping to take it back from Wexler and his crew. 

Three who is by the vault door pauses, "You guys hear something?"

He backs away but continues to look at the door strangely. What he and the boys don't know is that on the other side is Two who's banging on the door, trying to get their attention. She needs to help them, she needs them to know that she's somehow alive after being space. 

Of course Seven knows. For Two is their brave knight.

Seven turns to look at the boys, "You're afraid we're going to run out of air. That we'll die gasping. But we won't. That's not going to happen. Our brave knight has come for us."

It's silent. They don't know what to think of what she just said, so they don't respond. But they're all thinking, what could Seven be possibly talking about? Is this one of her crazy thoughts? Is she crazy?

After a while of just sitting and walking around the locked vault One, Three, Four, Six, and Seven start to feel the effects of oxygen deprivation and hypoxia (the vault has no vents so no in coming oxygen). This is not good.

"Is anyone else getting a little light headed?" One asks stumbling as he stands to his feet. 

Three weakly raises his hand and Four responds, "The air is getting thin."

"We've got to make a plan, while we can still think straight."

The only problem, they aren't thinking straight. They are yelling and stumbling around the room, and they know that it's because of the hypoxia, and there isn't enough oxygen, and it's causing problems. The boys are delirious, and Seven is feeling faint. Seven tries to keep herself awake by standing up and trying to listen to the boys' plan of attack. But it doesn't work. The boys are too far gone to realize when Seven falls to the ground and looses consciousness.

Seven's last thought before everything goes black is that Two and Five are able to get them out of the vault before they all die.

When Seven wakes up she's laying in the med bay. It's been a few hours since she passed out in the vault, but her body and mind needed time to heal. 

While Seven was out cold Two and the rest of the crew were able to learn what Two really is. It turns out Two wasn't born, she was engineered. She's an advanced bio-synthetic organism, she has organs and fluids but was assembled in a lab. She also has corrector nanites, which is what kept her from dying when she was spaced. Seven instantly was able to know that the rest of the crew (the male crew) weren't going to be able to find this news easy to digest, and would likely not trust her for a little while. 

When Seven's eyes opened, the most horrible feeling fell over her. Screams filled her mind, and the horror of what was happening was so terrible that Seven sat up trashing and screaming. Seven fell onto the floor, curled into a ball, clutched her head in pain, and continued to scream so loud that Two and the Android (who had been on the bridge) heard her and came running into the room. 

Seven continued to scream in pain for the planet that had just been destroyed. 

The device that they had been hired to steal with Wexler's crew, when the people who bought it (not Mikkei) plugged it in, it started to fluctuate and malfunction. It ended up tearing the planet apart, killing everything. The only thing that was left in it's place was ash and rock. Thankfully they had all been able to get off the planet and away from it, saving their lives from being blown up like those on the planet itself.

Two grabbed onto Seven, and tried to calm the screaming girl. 

The Android ended up having to sedate the young girl to calm her down and keep her from accidentally harming herself or anyone else. She also called for one of the boys to bring Seven back to her room.

Three was the one to volunteer, but everyone else decided to go to the med bay with him. When Three, Four, One, Six, and Five all entered the med bay they were confused, Seven's on the ground surrounded by Two and the Android.

"What happened? Did she wake up?" Three asks. 

"Is she ok?" Five asks at the same time.

Two looks up at the crew, "She woke up when the planet was destroyed. She was screaming and wouldn't stop. We couldn't calm her down so the Android had to sedate her."

"What? Screaming? Why was she screaming?"

"Because Seven knew that the planet was destroyed, she could feel it happen."

"What is that supposed to mean?" One asks.

Two shakes her head.

"Seven found a file containing information about her, and about the things that she can do. Look, I'll show and tell you everything later, but right now I need one of you to bring her back to her room."

Three nods and picks the girl up off the ground. He's about to leave but turns to Two, "This secret file, you knew about it? Why did you keep this from us too?"

"Because Seven was worried about what you all would think about her when you found out."

Three nods in understanding and leaves the med bay holding Seven. He always knew that her weird behavior was strange, but he thought it was just her personality, not something else. Once he reaches her room he places Seven on the bed, and tucks the young girl under the covers. He brushes a stray piece of hair out of her face. Although he's bound to be weirded out by what they're going to read on this secret file about Seven, nothing's going to change. She's still going to be the weird creepy girl he's taken a liking to, and maybe with this information they'll be able to help her better.
