Friend-Zone 🐶[JakeHoon]🐧

Chapter 1

Jake was currently getting ready for school with a wide smile on his face. As he was excited to see Sunghoon after the weekend.

Normally they'd see each other everyday, even on weekends but Sunghoon had other plans.

Which is why they didn't see each other for two days straight. Jake was at first sad that they couldn't hang out but understood that Sunghoon needed time to himself too. With or without Jake.

Although the thought of Sunghoon being tired of him made him sad he shrugged it of knowing that Sunghoon will always be with him.

Thats what Sunghoon promised after all.

"I'm going now!" Jake shouted from the door way wanting to let his parents know that he was gonna leave for school now.

"Okay Honey just be careful okay? Look both ways before crossing and have a great day. I love you!" Dahyun, Jake's mother shouted from the kitchen as she was busy washing the dishes.

With that being said Jake made his way to Sunghoons house which was next door since their mothers were besties.

They've practically known each other their whole life. Which is why Jake knows Sunghoon in and out and the other way around.

They know each others habits, likes and dislikes, fears, and so on. And one of the things Jake loved about Sunghoon was how he would always pat his head and ruffle his hair whenever they cuddled. Say sweet things to him and call him cute.

Jake was so in love with Sunghoon to the point that he'd hurt whenever Sunghoon thanked him for being the best friend ever.

Since Jake wanted to be more than just friends. More than best friends.

Which is why he made it his mission to confess to Sunghoon before his birthday which is tomorrow. Meaning he only had a few more hours to do it.

He was so deep in thought that he didn't notice that he was in front of Sunghoons house.

So without wasting anymore time, since he's almost late for school. He pressed on the door bell excited to see the love of his life.

Only to be faced with Mina, Sunghoons mother who looked elegant as always.

"What can I do for you Jakey?" Mina asked as she squished Jake's cheek earning a giggle from the puppy like boy.

"I just came here to get Hoonie so we can walk to school together." Jake said smiling at Mina.

"I'm sorry to say this baby but Hoon's already at school." Mina let out sadly as she looked at Jake's  smile that quickly changed into a pout.

"Didn't he miss me." Jake whispered underneath his breath as he furrowed his eyebrows. Thinking how Sunghoon could even think of going without him.

"Awww of course he misses you." Mina said cooing at Jake who was now blushing.

"Well I better get going now Auntie. Don't wanna be late for school." Jake said looking at the time on his phone.

"Okay Jakey bye bye." Mina said as she waved her hands at Jake who started walking away while waving back.

"What a cutie. Hope Hoon realizes his feelings already." Mina said as she and Dahyun shipped their sons so hard to the point they gave them a ship name.

A ship name known as JakeHoon.

At School

Jake reached school rather quickly and the first thing he did was look for Sunghoon. But unfortunately he couldn't find him.

He looked in the library, their classroom, and even went to others class room but no luck.

So he just made his way back to class hoping that Sunghoon would show up. There was only a few minutes left before class starts and he was starting to worry.

But that stopped when Sunghoon ran through the door on time just before the bell rang.

"I'm here!" Sunghoon shouted as he breathed heavily while sweat dripped from his fore head.

The rest of the class just laughed at him, but not in a rude way as all of his classmates were very friendly and close to him.

Something that some people wish to have.

Jake just smiled looking at Sunghoon lovingly but that smile vanished when he looked at Sunghoons hands, which was intertwined with someone.

He looked up only to see Sunoo.

The rest of the class then looked at Jake. Waiting for a reaction. Knowing very well how much Jake loved Sunghoon.

Almost everyone in the school knew about Jake's feelings for Sunghoon. The only one who probably didn't know was Sunghoon himself.

Jake's eyes started to water as be continued looking at the intertwined hands and soon he found himself in the embrace of his Heeseung Hyung.

"Shhh don't cry Jakey. Its ok Hyungies here."
Heeseung whispered as he rubbed Jake's back in circular motions hoping that it soothes him.

Sunghoon on the other hand can't help but get mad seeing his 'best friend' hugging someone else.

So he quickly let go of Sunoo's hand making his way to Jake.

"Hey Jakey are you okay?" Sunghoon spoke as gently as possible despite the jealousy and anger his feeling.

Jake responds by burying his head into Heeseung's chest then nodding.

Making Heeseung coo at the action while making Sunghoon only more jealous.

Their moment soon got interrupted by the teacher entering telling them to take their seats.

Sunghoon soon changed from being jealous to happy knowing that he and Jake sits together.

While Sunoo watches all this from a far thinking.

'Should we still continue this relationship?'

Hello. I started a new story since I had no idea where my other one was gonna get to, but ill still update it. Might take a while though since I'm so behind my online course. About six weeks behind but I'm making progress. I hope you guys love this chapter.
