In a coffin of glass she lay
Time hadn't take her beauty away
Every night he came,
On her grave he prayed
"O sweetheart wakeup, it's not too late."
When there comes no reply,
He stands and leaves without a goodbye.
Left alone, cold to her bones,
came along someone old."Wakeup my child, were I take you, there'll always be sunshine"
She opened her eyes and smiled
Just then a small bundle of curls came running by, sat by her mother saying
"Mamma I got you my sweater. Now, forever warm you'll stay."
The old man, invisible to all but her, slipped away...
For he knew, in this lonely graveyard Is where her heart lay.
