THE MORNING SHOW EPISODE 3 'Laura'
When Bradley gets a text from Alex saying "how did it go with Laura?"
{Bradley Laura and producers stepping out of their car}
BRADLEY: Is everybody ready going to bed?
LAURA: I don't know I'm not sleepy .I know I should be. I'm tired but I'm not sleepy .
(both their producers were both tired and sleepy so went saying goodnight)
LAURA & BRADLEY : *TOGETHER* goodnight!!
LAURA : So? Was the caucus everything you thought it would be?
BRADLEY : WELL.... in terms there was no result
(CONTINUES TO CHAT )
*SUDDENLY*
LAURA : Well cory...
BRADELY: yeah!
LAURA: who I love btw, he asked me to look after you.
BRADLEY :OH! wow, like mentor me?
LAURA: not the word "mentor" was taken but yeah I mean yeah!
( Bradley being confused as to why cory would say that)
(Laura being calm as ever , says )
LAURA : I mean it came from a good place well I shouldn't have told you this...
BRADLEY: Well what do you think in this case ,should you mentor me?
LAURA: I mean watching you all day I don't think what you need is mentoring ,you know!?
( as the wind blows their soft hair , Bradley firmly holds her coat tight , which Laura notices and to that ,holding for a 3 sec pause brads says)
BRADLEY: what do you think I need ?
(Laura suddenly feels a bit of a rush inside her ,the urge to let things happen between them)
LAURA: right now I think what we both need is wine (chuckles a bit) , what do you think?
BRADLEY: (feeling a bit moved by the way Laura takes things so calmly) I think I have seen a restaurant near that corner I believe ,lets go there.
LAURA : lets goo right in .
(as they continue to walk towards their car, Bradley thinks what she felt after a long time was connection which was needed , inspite of her home drama and the big shittyyy life that was around her , while Laura thinks she might have found someone she could take care of but not knowing if things are common for them)
