"You know I always loved you, right", I said to the boy who had changed my life this last year and a half. His begging eyes were changing my mind the more I stared into them, I knew I had to go soon or I would never leave this place.

"I don't want you to go hope, please stay, I.. I ... " And that's when he broke clinging to my body as he fell to the ground. He was sobbing in the middle of the airport where everyone could see him not having any other cares other than me and trying to make me stay. Although we both know that I can't stay, I need to go, I need to go .. I need to go ...

I crouched down to his weeping and weak body, tracing his face with my scar ridden hands, he gently leaned into my touch, his eyes closed. "love, you and I both know if I stay here only bad things will come of it, if I don't go now one of us may end up back in that hospital and this time never leave".

"I know, but ... " He took a deep breath, "is there even a chance that I will see you again", letting out a sob as he finished his sentence. The tears were now leaving my eyes and making their way down face, we both knew the answer to this yet he asked. "You know I can never come back here again, and I can never see you or the others again anytime soon, I need to let my wounds heal before I make new ones"

As I finished my sentence, I stood up pulling him with me. His eyes were now open, glossy and red, but they were open and staring into mine.
"I love you.." He chocked, leaning down and pressing his full lips against mine, they moved in sync for what would possibly be the last time. As I was beginning to change my mind, getting lost in his lips and touch, I heard the announcer call my flight and I pulled away, as I did a whimper left my lips.

I turned, picked up my carry on and my ticket, mentally preparing my self for the hurt that was coming. I faced him for one last time and said my final words to him
"I love you so much, so much, but I need you to promise me one thing before I go!", "Yes..?" He replied,i think I seen some hope gathering behind his eyes. " I need to promise me that you will never forget me..." a whimper yet again leaving my lips

"LAST CALL FOR FLIGHT 145"

"I promise" he whispered, in the distance I could see people staring and realising who we were, taking that as my cue to leave, I leaned in kissed his cheek, and ran.
I ran .... and kept running, until I couldn't bottle anything else inside and broke down.
I have no idea why I am calling where I am going home, I have never been but I know I need to figure everything out.
I need to find out why my past was CONCEALED
