Chapter 41. Cheating

SUNDAY NIGHT

"C'mon Kai,  let's go to the bar." Hyolyn grabbed Kai's necktie playfully.
"Wait, I'm gonna.." Kai got cut off.
"No waits, boy. Come with me." Hyolyn smirked playfully.

Hyolyn grabbed Kai by the hand and made him enter the car with her. When they both got into the car, Hyolyn immediately asked the driver to drive them two to the bar that's a bit far away. As she got a hold of Kai, she moved near him and tried teasing Kai physically.

"C'mon, you and me, we weren't over, right?" Hyolyn asked, smiling.
"Uhh... I don't think so." Kai, replied lostly.
"Well then, let's get back together shall we?" Hyolyn smiled.
"I... I have a.." Kai got cut off.
"Shh.." Hyolyn placed her finger on Kai's lips. "I love you."
"I..love.. you too." Kai muttered.

Hyolyn's hands went down on Kai's chest, seducing him. Kai was so blinded of what was happening that he can't even tell her that he has a wife. A few hours have passed, and all they did was talking and touching. Hands went down to parts of them, but nothing has happened.

They reached this bar, a hidden one. It has a private area where only a few people could go to. Kai wrapped his arms around Hyolyn's curves and walked with her to the bar.

"A private spot for 2 please." Kai handed big cash to the guy then went in.

Hyolyn and Kai sat together. The two ordered and ordered drinks. Hyolyn moved her way and sat on Kai's lap. She kept playing with Kai's hair and neck. She kissed Kai in everywhere. In the cheeks, even in the earlobes, and in his neck. 

Hours have passed and 2:00 AM strucked.

"I'm so drunk, are you?" Hyolyn smiled, opening Kai's button shirt.
"Yes, I am." Kai replied, feeling Hyolyn's body as she was seated in his lap, facing him.
"You wanna go?" Hyolyn smirked.
"If you want!" Kai smirked sexily back.

Kai and Hyolyn drove to Hyolyn's condo and made out. Touching, kissing, and other sexual stuff happened. Kai, left the "committed" world for a moment. After a whole day, the two both fell asleep and landed on the same bed.

Meanwhile, Ji Eun, who was left at home, was sick and worried because of Kai.

Ji Eun's P.O.V.

It's already 3 AM and Kai's not here. Where could he be? I am so worried. I am so scared. I decided to phone Kris oppa. And good thing, he answered.

"Hello oppa?" I muttered.
"Hello Ji Eun-ah?" He replied.
"Uhh.. Are you with Kai? 'Cause he's not yet home, and I am worrying so much. I can't sleep or even stay in one place." I answered.
"What? He's not here with me." Kris answered. "I'm with Luhan, Tao, Lay, Chanyeol, D.O. and Baekhyun. But Kai's not here." 
"Eodiya, oppa? (Where are you, oppa?)" I asked.
"I just got out of the SM Building." He muttered.
"Ohh.. Okay. Gomawo, oppa. (Thanks, oppa.) Bye." I hunged up.

I kept walking in the same place, back and forth. It drives me crazy not knowing where Kai is and what he's doing. Where are you Kai? I'm worrying like crazy around here.

Chanyeol's P.O.V. 

"Yah hyeong, who was that?" Baekhyun asked.
"And who's 'not here with me'?" Lay asked.
"It was Ji Eun." Kris answered.
"Wae? (Why?)" I interrupted.
"About Kai. She said that he's not yet home, and she's worrying. She told me she can't sleep and asked if he's here with us." Kris answered.
"But.. Kai left early from the meeting..." D.O. murmured.
"Yeah, strange." Tao wondered.
"Where could he even be?" Luhan asked. "Did the two got caught up in a fight?" 
"I don't think so." Kris answered.

I know they aren't. I know Kai is messing around.

"Well, I'm hungry. So can we grab noodles and spicy meat then go to Ji Eun's house to check if she's okay?" Baekhyun pleaded.
"Aish, Baekhyun-ah." Lay murmured.
"Fine. Let's go." Kris answered.

As the others walk right past us, I held Kris hyung's wrist and stopped for a moment. It was in my intention to be in the back of the guys.

"He's cheating, isn't he?" I said in a deep voice.
"Yes, he is." Kris answered still.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.
"Because I warned Kai. I warned him that if he's gonna screw things and hurt Ji Eun, he won't be able to see her anymore." Kris said in a 'don't-worry-about-it' tone.
"What are you gonna do?" I insisted.
"Take her somewhere else." He blankly answered.
"How?" I wondered.
"You'll know." He smirked and forced his wrist off my hand.

It left me wondering how. I don't know. I really have no idea.

A few hours after we grab our precious noodles, we drove our way right to Ji Eun & Kai's house. And yes, Kai's car was not yet there.

"Woah, what a nice house." D.O.'s big eyes enlargened.
"C'mon guys, no fluffing around." Kris called.

Kris opened the door without breaking a sweat. Aish. This girl is really crazy. She's here alone but she left the door open.

"She didn't even locked the door!" Lay reacted.
"Shhh!" Baekhyun shushed Lay.
"Sorry." Lay apologized.

The house was fully lit, and behind the unturned sofa is thee sleepyhead Ji Eun. She looks so cute when she sleeps. No, not cute. But beautiful.

"She's so beautiful." Luhan's eyes sparkled.
"Yah, she's married, okay?" I glared at Luhan.
"Psh, if she wasn't married I'd totally hit on her." Luhan replied.
"Shut it, you Hello Kitty face." Baekhyun interrupted.

Kris went upstairs and looked for a blanket. After a few minutes, he went down and covered her with it.

"There, looks like she's all good." Kris smiled.
"Wait, can we leave a note?" Lay smiled.
"That is a good idea." D.O. agreed.

"Good morning Ji Eun-ah! We went to your house, don't worry, we didn't touch anything. We just wanted to let you know. Bye! Love you" The note said.

"There." Baekhyun posted it on the table in front of Ji Eun. 
"So, shall we?" Kris asked. "It's late and there's school tomorrow." 
"Ga ja! (Let's go!)" They all happily agreed.

I want to stay with Ji Eun for the night but I can't. I let the others leave for a moment then I knelt down in fron the the sleeping Ji Eun and analyzed her beautiful face.

"I hope I can be with you but I just can't. I hope I was Kai. I wish I had the opportunity to live and sleep with you. He has this opportunity but he just let it go to waste." I sighed. 

I looked at her face one last time.

"I love you, Ji Eun-ah." I whispered and kissed her forehead.

And right after that moment, Baekhyun and Luhan barged in.

"Yah, you're too slow. C'mon." Baekhyun called.
"Can't you see? He's just saying goodbye!" Luhan insisted.
"Hello Kitty." Baekhyun smirked at Luhan.
"Eyeliner dude." Luhan bited back.

I stood up and went right to them.

"Yah, stop it hyung. You two are old enough to be fighting." I smiled.
"Psh." Luhan muttered.
"Hello Kitty." Baekhyun murmured.
