Chapter 7

Jax's POV

"I'm sorry! it wasn't my fault she just grabbed me and kissed me I'm fucking sorry!!" I plead with Andi.

"I forgive you.. but only because I love you. don't do that again," she kisses me and walks away.

Mia's POV

Jax will be mine. he will. andi walks past me in the hallway smiling.

I grab her arm.

"what," she says through clenched teeth.

"back off jax. he's going to be mine."

"bitch, please," she rolls her eyes. "he's my boyfriend."

"not for long."

"shut the fuck up!!" she throws a punch at me.

I grab her wrist and twist it behind her back. she kicks me in the shins and I twist her arm harder. we start punching and kicking and then I throw her on the ground. andi punches me in the stomach. I try to look defeated but punch her hard in the face. she growls and pulls me by the hair. I try to get away but she kicks me down the stairs.

Jax sees me laying at the end of the staircase as he passes by.

"oh my fuck- Mia what happened?!" he kneels down next to me.

"andi.." I breath out. all I remember is the rhythm of jax's footsteps and his heartbeat before everything goes black.

"jax?.." I look up at the tall boy next to me.

"Mia! you're awake!" he leans down hugs me. I wince. "sorry."

"it's okay."

"Mia Black?" a doctor says.

"that's me."

"well.. you're pretty hurt. you have 4 broken ribs, a broken arm, and lots of bruises. you're going to be here for a while."

"I can't believe andi would do this to you.." jax sighs and shakes his head.

the doctor checks me and leaves.

"how's andi?" I smile. trying to make it seem like I'm nice 💁.

"diego found her. you broke her jaw.. and she has some bruises.. but this is so much worse I can't even believe it."

"I was just trying to talk to her... to apologize. then she started beating me up," I start to "cry".

"I'm sorry.. I broke up with her.." he sighs again.

"oh."

"you should rest. I'll swing by later," he kisses me forehead and smiles at me before leaving.
