3rd Person

December, a very busy but also a great time of the year as it was finally the holidays. A time that almost everyone has been waiting for. It was a time for people to unwind and just take a break from everything it was a time where they could just go home and spend the limited time they have to rest with the people they love.

The concept of it was all great in other people's eyes except for one particular person. This girl absolutely detested this time of the year. She had absolutely no clue how people even enjoyed it, besides the fact that they wanted a break from work or school, she just couldn't understand why people insisted to spend time with the people they love at this very specific time of the year "I mean can't they just visit people any time? What's the point of putting all the effort into buying gifts that they're probably not even gonna use and even visit them when they know Christmas is a really busy day?" she says every single year. Although she has been trying to understand why it was so important to other people, she just couldn't get any of it.

Maybe it was because she's never experienced it she doesn't know and she doesn't bother to care honestly she will always detest it even if she would finally understand the meanin go this holiday.

"Yah Jang Wonyoung! Get up you lazy head! We gotta go before we miss the train" a girl named Ahn Yujin ordered, pulling the comfortable blanket off of the girl, who was not in the mood for any of this, all she wanted was to sleep she didn't wanna get up and do this so-called routine with her again.

The person in bed groaned throwing the sheets over herself again "No~ let me sleep" the younger whines.

"Come on~ it'll only be for a few minutes" Yujin says, urging the girl to get up and off of the bed but Wonyoung is hard-headed and she somehow manages to stay in bed while the puppy-like girl is still trying to get her to sit up.

"By minutes you mean HOURS I don't get why I have to go as well, I mean you are the favorite here" the brunette stated before closing her eyes, trying to catch some more sleep even though she knew that Yujin would just attempt to wake her up again.

"I'm sure this time it will be different Wonnie" her sister says, earning another annoyed groan from the girl.

The bunny flung the blanket off herself and glared at the dog, who was too busy changing into more appropriate clothes to even care about Wonyoung boring holes into her entire being "You say that every year and nothing has changed, they still treat me the same way as before" she reminded while getting out of bed to get ready for another torturous day as she calls it.

Yujin released an exasperated sigh at this, after all, the younger was telling the truth they never really saw her the same way they looked at herself.

She could do nothing but turn around to reach out for the younger's cheeks, pinching them as she showed off a gentle smile that made Wonyoung calm down a little "Things will be different now ok? I know they'll be different" she convinced, grabbing a towel for the younger to use and handing it to her.

The taller scoffed at this and took the towel, glaring at her sister once again "I doubt that, they see me as nothing but an attention seeker and a spoiled brat, while you? You're the perfect child that's getting everything you ever wanted all because you keep getting the attention of some magazines or other commercials."

Anyone could tell that even though she and Yujin were close, Wonyoung was still bitter because of the fact they never saw her as anything but someone who wanted to steal the spotlight from the older girl when in fact it was the complete opposite. She was so proud of her older sister, she was one of the first people that supported her throughout everything that happened though it seemed that some people saw it differently.
