Chapter 4: A Tempting Offer

Rena's POV:

'Now Doll, no need to be feisty now is there?' Deku said as he got off Jason and walked over to me, telling the villains to restrain Jason instead. 'This is what you wanted, isn't it? Isn't this what you always dreamed of Doll? For me to come and rescue you like a damsel in distress? I know you want this' he said as he walked around me, coming back to face me and holding my chin up. 'You want this, I know you do. So, stop lying to yourself doll, and just give in already. I know you have feelings for me, so just give in.'

Deku handed me the knife. 'You know what to do Doll, so just given to the darkness that's inside of you, given to it and we can be together.' He points to Jason. 'He's the only one that's stopping us from being together.' I stop and listens to what Deku was saying, I knew he was right I've had a crush on him since we were little. 'You were born for this Doll, I know you want to see someone just bleed to death and just watch them suffer, I know where you go at night to keep the cravings at bay, so let that monster out of its cage and let it be free.' Deku said as he smiled. "I-i-i-I don't k-k-know what your t-t-t-talking about," I said as my voice became shaky.

'Let the monster be free and wild and you can be with me forever.' Deku said calmly and persuasively. "' Rena don't listen to him! I know there's good in you, so does Allmight and Bakugo! Rena, I believe in you, I believe that your good! You aren't like him, and I have seen that first hand. Don't you want to be a hero and go to U.A like how your mom did? Your mom saved a bunch of people Rebbeca and she saved my parents"' Jason was crying and trying to plead with me.

Then I snapped, that was my last straw. "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I'M THE ONE THAT HAS TO PAY FOR WHAT MY PARENTS DID! I'M THE ONE THAT HAS TOO SUFFER IN THERE PLACE! I will never be a hero like my mother Jason, let's face it. No one will ever accept me for who I am! To everyone, all that matters is that I'm Shigaraki's daughter and that I'm being watched 24/7, and if a mess up just once, they will throw me in a cell to rot. JUST LIKE HIM! I know it and you know it. All that matters to everyone is that I was born a villain, so everyone thinks that is what I will become. And I'm sick and tired of being accused of being a villain, well you know what, maybe I should become the villain." I yelled at Jason with tears rolling down my cheeks and with anger.
