Chapter 9: Way back home

Nobody's POV

Everyone watched Rena, Deku was worried and angry at Bakugo his explosions were too close to Rena's ears, Bakugo was just angry he wanted revenge on Rena for killing his best friend. Deku saw the look on Bakugo's face and was about to Detroit smash him when Rena's body started to glow a see-through black color. As Deku was about to grab her hand, she started floating, darkness flying around her body like snakes looking for prey. Rena opened her eyes, they were like black holes, no sense of life in them, as she opened her eyes the whole school went into darkness, the only source of light was coming from Rena and it was a purple glow. As their eyes adjusted to the darkness, Deku looked at Rena, she was wearing armor like how knights used to, and she was wearing a crown black as night and looked like it was made out of thorns. Deku looked at her in awed and a bit of fear.

Then just as fast as it happened it was over, and Rena laid on the floor motionless. Deku ran over to her to see if she was all right. As Deku got over to Rena he could see she was still wearing the armor and crown. 'Are you ok doll?' He asked while helping her up. "I think so, that was weird. I have never had that happen before" She said confussed. 'we'll figure it out, but for now we should leave and get you to bed doll, you need to rest.' He said worriedly. Deku signaled for the villains to finish off Bakugo, then picked Rena up bridal style and carried her out of the school.

'Kurogiri takes back.' Deku said as he turned the corner leading into an alleyway still carrying her. A man walks out of the shadows and goes all cloudy and teleports then back to the bar.

Deku's POV

As I walked out of the portal still carrying Elizabeth, I stopped and looked down at her, she looked different. As I started walking again to my room, Shigaraki stopped me. 'Move Tomura. Now. I'm not going to ask again' I said angrily. '" What's got you twisted in a knot Midorya?"' Shigaraki asked scratching his neck. I pushed past him and continued walking to my room. I had way more important things to handle. When I got there I opened the door and set Elizabeth down on my bed. I turned around and took off my tie, then I turned around and looked at Elizabeth. She was glowing again, but this time she was saying something......

Something about an eternal night? Maybe what happened at the school was part of her corruption? A million questions were forming in Deku's mind. What was going to happen to her?
