Draco? {Draco x reader}

The Misunderstanding

Y/N POV

When I woke up, I realized that I was no longer in a dark room but now in my bed. As I lay in bed, I think about everything that happened last night and everything that Draco and I talked about. When Pansy walks in, I ask,

Y/N: Morning Pans. Could you do me a favor and explain what happened last night after the game of hide-n-seek because I can't remember much of anything.

P: Yeah. Okay, let's see. I remember that we started the game and a little while into it we called yours and Draco's name to try and get you guys to come out. When you didn't come out we kept looking for both of you. I met up with Blaise and Theo. We walked around the halls looking when we came up on Draco carrying you and Theo was actually worried. Which isn't normal for him. Anyways, he took you to our room and put you to bed then went to bed himself. If you want to talk to him, he should be in his dorm still. His dorm is room 76. Just knock and he should open it if he's still there.

I nod, then get up and get changed. After changing, I go towards Draco's dorm when Tom and Theo step out in front of me.

Y/N: What's up you two?

Theo: Why are you not using your last name?

Tom: Yeah, that's not like you to be ashamed of your family name.

Y/N: I just want to make some friends before I let them know that I am your sister.

Theo: Okay. Is that why you were pretending when Pansy introduced you?

I nod my head and Theo smiles.

Theo: Okay little sis. We'll keep it a secret for now but you probably shouldn't wait to long so that you still have their trust when you tell them.

Y/N: Okay. Thanks Theo. Thanks Tom. I love both of you.

Tom: I love you too. I also love when you tell us. None of us really heard it from mom and dad.

Theo: Yeah. We love you and be careful with keeping your secret.

Tom: Yeah, keep this a secret for now.

Y/N: I will.

Theo: Do you want to hang out later Little Snake?

I nod and hug them both, then continue to Draco's room. When I get to the door, I go to knock but the door opens before I can.

D: Oh, good morning Y/N! Have did you sleep last night?

Y/N: I slept good. Thank you for carrying me back to my dorm last night.

D: No problem. I do have a question though.

Y/N: Yes?

D: Do you know why Theo looked so worried last night when I was carrying you back to your dorm?

I try to avoid the question by asking another question.

Y/N: Theo looked worried about me? Huh, I wonder why. Anyways, want to go to breakfast with me?

D: Sure

Draco's POV

I woke up and got changed. After I got changed, I was on my way to breakfast when I came across Y/N, Tom, and Theo all talking. When I got close enough, I heard their conversation, so stood there and listened for a few minutes.

Tom: Yeah, keep this a secret for now.

Y/N: I will.

Theo: Do you want to hang out later Little Snake?

She nodded and I went back to my room and waited to see where she was going. When I heard someone outside my door, I opened it and there stood Y/N.

D: Oh, good morning Y/N. How did you sleep last night?

Y/N: I slept good. Thank you for carrying me back to my dorm last night.

D: No problem. I do have a question though.

Y/N: Yes?

D: Do you know why Theo looked so worried last night when I was carrying you back to your dorm?

But she never directly answered my question. Her only answer was,

Y/N: Theo looked worried about me? Huh, I wonder why. Anyways, want to go to breakfast with me?

I agree but at that point I knew that she was keeping something and from what I heard of their conversation, I had a feeling that there was something going on between her and Theo. When I thought about that, I got a weird feeling but I have never felt this before so I have no idea what it means. Before I could actually take a step out of the door, she grabbed my hand, pulled me out of the door, and shut the door. But she didn't let go of my hand, she just pulled me down the hall and to the dinning hall. When we came through the doors, everyone looked at us then started whispering to themselves. I laughed and asked,

D: Where are you dragging me to Little Snake?

But when I said that, she stopped dead in her tracks and spun around to look at me, then asked,

Y/N: What did you just call me?

D: What? Little Snake?

Y/N: Where did you hear that name?

Then I thought to myself, shoot! I didn't think before I spoke.

D: What do you mean where did I hear that name?

Y/N: I have been called that name before by someone very special to me.

Before she finished, she grabbed my hand again and dragged me back out of the dinner hall. When we were clear of anyone hearing us, she turned to me and let my hand go.

Y/N: Draco, this is the last time I am asking this. Where did you hear that name?

D: I think you know where

But again, I didn't think before I spoke. She spun around and ran off. I ran after her but she had gone somewhere ahead of me and I couldn't see her anymore. I turned back around and headed back to the dinning hall regretting what I said to her. I wanted to go find her but I don't even know where to start looking for her. So, I went to eat breakfast while thinking the whole time of places she could have gone. She didn't show up to any of her classes and I was beginning to worry.
