Chapter 3

Maths. Boring.
So far I was sitting in second period, bored out of my mind in maths. Truth is, I was actually really good at maths, and I already knew most things that were happening, so I zoned out a bit..
"Alright kids, I'm passing around your tests so-" He was cut off by the door barging open.

"Sorry I'm late." The boy muttered. I looked up at the voice. He was very attractive, I'll give him that. Short black hair, tall and very well built, the best high cheekbones I've ever seen!
My heart pounded even more at the sight of his eyes, soft blue as clear water looking eyes. And his pouty and pink lips.

If anyone was paying attention to me, I would have looked like a complete idiot staring wide eyed at him. But, then again, all of the girls were looking at him like he was the last cookie on the plate.

But seriously, wow. He was hot..

"Ahh, you must be the new kid!" Mr Reynolds exclaimed. That explains a lot as to why I haven't seen him around. The boy chuckled a bit. "yeah I guess you can call me that." He muttered again.

Mr Reynolds searched the room looking for a seat, I suppose. I turned too. Every other desk was full, except for the one next to mine..
"Ah! Just go take a seat next to Miss Grey over there." Mr Reynolds said pointing to me. The boys eyes met mine, and when they did I felt heat rising to my cheeks.
Damn!

The boy smirked, winked and walked towards the desk next to me. My head must have been like a freaking tomato by now!

He placed his bag down and got his books out. Mr Reynolds gave him the test sheet. "Okay class, begin." I was flying through the test, it was easy. I was almost done when I felt a tap on my leg. I looked to see the boys foot on my leg.

I looked up at him and he had a grin on his face whilst staring at me. That was really sexy.
"Can I help you?" I whispered. His grin grew even more and I have no idea why!
"What's your name?" He asked, his voice was low, that was again, sexy.

"Alli Grey, you?" I asked. Mr Reynolds must of heard our talk, because next thing you know is him telling me to be quiet.
"Grayson Maddox." He said even quieter. Grayson, aye? I nodded and went back to my test. Up to the last seven questions I hear this continuously chewing sound.
I look over to see Grayson, who couldn't possibly chew any louder on gum.

I sighed and tapped him with my foot, he looked up. "Can you, um, maybe chew a little quieter?" I asked him in the sweetest tone I had. He smirked but didn't change anything. Ass whole!
He then pulled out his phone and started texting.

Bad boy.
That's what he was. A bad boy.
I could practically hear Isaacs voice saying, "Stay away from him." So for the rest of the maths lesson, I tried my best to ignore his annoying chewing, the annoying tapping happening on the screen of his phone and the sexy- I mean the annoying grins he was giving me.

Lunch.
Probably my favourite time of the the day, firstly I can see my friends, and I get to eat. Even though the food is gross, I get to eat.

I headed towards my usual table, and my best friends Chloe, Marie, Jake and Lachie were sitting there laughing about something. I took my usual seat next to Jake and Marie. "Hey guys." I said. They looked up "Hey Alli!" They all said.
"What are we talking about?" I asked them.

"The new bad boy! No one even knows his name, but I saw him walking around today, and he's smoking!" Chloe practically screamed, earning a glare from Lauchie, considering they were a "couple".

Chloe picked up on it and rubbed his arm. "Don't worry babe, you're hotter!" She winked, and he grinned and kissed her. Marie beside me chuckled. "Wait, so no one knows his name?" She asked Chloe once her and Lauchie were finished. She flicked her browny blonde hair and nodded.

"Grayson Maddox." I blurted. They all were staring at me, jaws hanging low.
"What?" I said getting irritated with the silence I was being given. "Alli, he actually talked to you. Let alone said his name to you." Jake finally said.
"So? Maybe he just hasn't gotten to talk to anyone else." I said casually. That would probably be it, I mean, he still has the rest of the day to talk to people!

"Omg! He actually talked to you!" Chloe exclaimed like she just heard it. I groaned, but didn't reply. While they all were still bickering about it, looked around. All of the sudden I heard all of the bickering of everyone stop. I looked at them and saw the girls eyes wide, and the boys just looked surprised.
I followed their gazes and looked up in front of me.

And you wouldn't guess who was looking down at me.
