Lucy's P.O.V.

I walked home that spring night to see a cute boy next to my home. "Hello?" I said trying to get him to respond. He just looked at the ground not bothering to explain why he was upset. Persistent is what I would name him. I can't just ignore this and walk into my cozy home, because... I mean... he was literally in front of my home. "Hey!" I yelled getting his attention. "Yeah." He said in a depressed voice. "What's wrong?" I asked. "None of your business." He sighed. He practically made it my business by sitting in front of where I live. "If it's not my business, the more reason I should know." I smiled. "Now come out with it." He looks to the side thinking of ways to express himself. It looks like he's never been depressed before. "What's your name?" I asked. "Naziou." He said. "Well Naziou want to talk inside?" I said opening my door. "Sure." He said smiling.

I walked him into my house and we sat at the coffee table. "So what's up?" I asked pouring juice into a cup I gave him. "Well, my girlfriend died the other day." He said timidly. "Oh." I realized that he must be going through a hard time. "How did she... die?" I asked looking down. "I don't want to say." He told me. "Have you ever lost someone important to you?" He asked me. "My mother and father." I said. I can tell what he must be going through, but does he have a home?

"Do you have a place to stay?" I asked him smiling. "No, but I might just sleep outside." He said. "Well you can sleep here." I suggested. "Well I guess one night wouldn't be so bad." He smiled. His blue eyes met my brown eyes and his brown hair followed the motion of his head. "Well I can go pull out a mattress if you want?" I said dragging my blonde hair behind my ears. "Yes please." He answered politely. I went over to my closet and pulled out a mattress, then laid it next to my bed. "Here." I smiled while making his bed. He laid down instantly falling asleep on the mattress. I covered him with a blanket and then laid on my bed. I lay there closing my eyes very slowly. Eventually I fell asleep.

While I was sleeping, Naziou immediately got up. Faking as if he was sleeping, what a trick. He got up and pulled out his phone, calling a contact named Boss. "Hello? Boss?" He whispered. "Yeah, I found her. She is no longer rich. Does that mean I can play with her?" He asked into his phone. "Yes I will end up killing her since you don't need her. Yes sir, goodnight." He whispers while shutting his flip phone. "First I will end up making you fall in love with me, then hurt you a bit. Put some pleasure into you too. Sucks for you. If only you weren't born into a rich family." He sighed violently. Happy was lucky enough to be listen to everything, while I was asleep. Happy heard everything while he was about to hide from the window. "Hey?!" Naziou yelled at Happy. Noticing that happy listened to everything, Naziou ran outside Shooting dark magic out of his hands. The magic directly hit Happy making him fall into the river by my house. Naziou went back inside wiping himself off like nothing happened. He jumped back in bed, and slept.

Eight hours have past for me sleeping. I wake up early around 7a.m. and pour myself a cup of milk. I look back at the mattress, and Naziou was gone. "Naziou!?" I shout. I walk into the bathroom, and he was brushing his teeth with my toothbrush. "Oh, hi Lucy. I like your toothbrush." He said with a mouth full of bubbles. "There goes my toothbrush." I sighed. "Wait I never told you my name? How did you know it was Lucy?" I asked. "Uhh, well I looked through those letters you signed your name on." He stuttered. "Oh. Don't look threw my stuff!" I said angered. "Oh sorry." He said. "It's fine." I sighed once more. "Naziou, are you a wizard?" I asked. "No, I'm just a human." He's self-confidence was like it was gone. "It's fine, stop being hard on your self." I said. Well just because he doesn't use magic doesn't mean he can't join Fairytail, right? "Hey you can come with me to Fairytail if you want." I smiled. He laid over the mattress looking relaxed. "No, I'm good. I don't do guilds, but you know what I do, do." He questioned me. "What do you do?" I asked soflty. "Come closer and I'll tell you." He whispered. I leaned my head closer. "I do, do you." He said whispering in my ear. He leaned over, and tilted his head, trying to kiss me. I pushed him away. He let go saying words. "You mind being my babe." He said.

I instantly fell in love with that face. "Well I don't know I... like someone else." I said timidly. "Babe you already love me. Your mine now." He said. "Fine, but don't tell anyone." I sighed. "Yes babe." He said as I left my apartment. I was walking to the guild till- "Luce!!!" Natsu said running towards me. "Have you seen Happy?!" Natsu said out of breathe. "No? Why? Where'd he go?" I asked. "He disappeared last night the whole guild is looking for him. I thought you would know." He sighed. "Well I could-" I got cut off by Natsu looking at the river.

"I smell him." Natsu said. "Where?" I asked. "Somewhere around here." Natsu's voice got serious. He looked at the river and noticed a blue thing. Happy. "Happy!" He shouted. "Open, gate of the Lion! Leo!" I said putting my key in place. Loki appeared and picked me up bridal style. "Put me down." I said, with that normal sigh. "Loki can you jump in the water and grab Happy?" Natsu asked. "Yeah." Loki said as he jumped in and grabbed Happy. Natsu grabbed Happy from Loki and wiggled him around. "Happy wake up!" Natsu shouted. Happy coughed up water. "Fish♡." Happy whispered unconscious. "What?" Natsu asked as Loki disappeared.

"Natsu you should take Happy to Wendy and I'll tell everyone we found Happy." I said running to the guild.

I get to the guild and run to Mira. "We found Happy!" I smiled. "Oh good I was worried sick. Is he okay? Where did you find him?" Mira asked. "In the river by my apartment. He's fine I think. Tell everyone, okay?" I said wanting a reassuring answer. "Okay." Mira said watching me run out the guild to Natsu and Wendy. Carla looked a little more worried then the Wendy, except for Natsu, I mean he was worried sick.

Wendy put her hands over Happy, healing him. "Happys going to be fine, but because of the cold temperature in the water, he's sick." Wendy explained. "Thanks Wendy." I said. Wendy nodded and threw down a smile. "When Happys feeling better, do you want to go on a job Luce?" Natsu asked. I put on a smile. "Yeah I have a job in mind, do you mind if I run to my house really quick and grab the poster for it?" I asked smiling at Natsu. "Yea, then Luce can buy me food!" Natsu said smiling back at me. "What a bother." I sighed. "Lucy-san, Natsu-san can I go with you guys?" Wendy asked before I took off. "Why not?" Natsu took the words out my mouth.

As I started walking back to my house, I walked on the edge of the concrete. "Lucy-chan your going to fall!" The men in the boat shouted. "Plue I wish you could talk." I sighed. "Punn punn!" Plue shouts. I open my door, and Naziou closed and locked the door behind me. "Alright I need to speed things up a little." Naziou said. Plue disappeared and I was stuck alone with a bad feeling in my gut. "Take of your shirt." He demanded. "Naziou? What's going on?" I asked. "Take off your shirt, dumb bitch!" He shouted.

"No!" I screamed. He pinned me up to a wall and used some kind of dark magic to hold me there. I tried getting out but it was too strong. He pulled off my shirt and took off my shorts. "If you yell or anything, I'll kill you. Now if you try telling anyone I'll know and I'll be watching you from a distance." He said. "You will refuse any jobs because I'll be taking your keys." He said yanking my keys. He beat me. Then and there. I was left broken. He chained me to the bed and then left out of the window to go do who knows what. Duck tape over my mouth and I can't do anything. My shoulder is beat and bruised, I had ducky tape over my mouth, and my leg was also beat. It hurt.

Back at the guild...
Natsu and Wendy were waiting out side. "What's taking her so long?" Natsu complained. "We should go over and check on her, she's worrying me." Wendy advised. "It shouldn't take this long." Carla said. Happy crouched up, crying. "She's in trouble Natsu! She's being-" Happy stopped in the middle of his sentence. Naziou turned into me and acted it off. One thing that gives it away is the fact that He's eyes were dull. "Lucy-san where have you been?!" Wendy asked. "Hold on that's not Lucy, this person has a different scent." Natsu said clutching his scarf. Naziou knew this was a losing battle. So he vanished. "We should go see if Lucy-sans okay." Wendy said as Carla lifted her in the air. Happy crying, lifted Natsu going as fast as he could. They rushed threw Lucy's door, and there she was on the ground, laying there beat.
