I had a dream about you last night

I cant remember what it was about but when I woke up my pillow was drenched in tears and sobs were racking through my body.

I cried until my red eyes were puffed out.

I cried until my lips were dry and cracked.

I cried because it wasn't a dream.

You weren't here to assure me.

You weren't here to comfort me.

You were gone just like my dreams.
