After Luca calmed down Akira, they both returned to their classes of course not until after Akira's wounds on his arms were treated. Akira's heart warmed at the memory of Luca being more worried about Him more than himself, it wasn't until after Akira was settled that he cleaned up the blood from his nose.
After class Akira walked over to his locker pulling it open, looking around. It had been a few weeks since he's been to the school, his legs were much better now. He didn't need crunches but would still walk with a limp. He bit his lip searching for his next class materials until someone walks over to him slamming his locker door shut He's met with a very angry and disappointed Lei his face laced with hurt. "You weren't at the hospital, not home and you wouldn't answer your phone. And then you came with Luca to school." He says clenching his fist,
Lei didn't understand what was going on. One moment Akira is telling him he'd tell him everything and then the next he's gone and not answering, he didn't understand was he doing something wrong? He cares so much about the boy but all he had in his head was Luca, someone who didn't think about anyone but himself, why couldn't Akira see he was bad
news! Akira looked down, then back up at his friend. "Look-" he begins trying to explain, "I'm done, we're done- whatever this is, it's over." Lei interrupts glaring at Akira tiredly, he couldn't sleep the whole time Akira wouldn't answer, worried that something happened to him or that he was dead. That he actually succeeded in taking his life, Akira didn't know that Lei knew but Lei did, and he worried. So much, it killed him inside that Akira couldn't see that. Lei
turned around walking away. Akira, didn't want to lose lei so he choose not to tell him what was going on in his life, but here he was losing him because he didn't tell him, he didn't understand.
"Lei, come on I'm sorry." He exclaimed chasing after lei who kept walking until Akira grabbed onto his arm making him stop. "Come on, I promise I'll tell you everything." He whispers, gripping tightly onto the boy, he turned back facing Akira. "Everything?" He questioned his face filled with disbelief.
"Yes, everything." Akira nervously says, not wanting to but if it was the only way he'd keep his friend he'd do it.
"Meet me at my house." He says, "but-" Akira began knowing Lucas father wouldn't allow it. Lei looked down sadly. "Okay, I'll come." Akira says unsure.
