Emma, Ray, and Norman Start Thinking About The "Mystery" Person!!!

Tira's POV

"Emma, why didn't you apologize?" I pouted as I flicked her cowlick. She didn't say anything and sighed.

"Who was it? Why can't any of us figure it out?" Emma asked, probably trying to distract herself from what just happened.

"They were with us the entire time! How can we just... forget them? Just like that? It doesn't make-" she paused and I floated to her face. She was staring at the wall with wide eyes.

"The promise. Someone else made it before I could so is it- Ray! Norman!" Emma shouted, bolting out of the room and that means rushing right through me. The door slammed shut and I stood there offended. She could have at least reacted! I know for a FACT that she would have gotten cold running through me since when I put my hand on Ray's shoulder he asked Norman if he was feeling cold!

Third POV

Emma slammed into Norman and Ray who thought something bad happened to her.

"The promise!" She shouted before they could ask her what happened.

"What about it?" Ray asked, confused.

"The mystery person and the promise are connected! Remember how after I met Him at the Seven Walls?"

"Yeah, you said that someone already made the same promise," Norman said before it hit him. The three of them shared a look.

"Is it them?" Norman asked, his chin in his hand.

"Most likely," Ray responded, crossing his arms. "It's most likely that they sacrificed our memories of them to form the new promise."

"No, I don't think that's the case," Norman said with his brows furrowed. The other two looked at him.

"So far none of us remember them. But they've been with us since Grace Field, so there's no way they're from a different plantation. And we also know that the children and Mama's from each plantation were sent together to a different spot in the world. But they aren't here since the kids either don't know them or also have holes in their memories."

"So you're saying that it wasn't just our memories of them?" Ray asked. Norman nodded and Emma's head snapped up.

"They erased their existence?" Norman nodded.

"Most probably."

"Are they a ghost then?" Their heads snapped over to see Phil walking towards them.

"Phil..." Emma trailed off, remembering how Phil was usually with the mystery person.

"Ghost aren't real," Ray scoffed out.

"Then demons can't be real," Phil retorted. Norman stifled a laugh.

"No one in this world knows about demons, so why can't ghosts be real too? There's a bunch of people who believe in ghosts more than demons here."

"Phil's right!" Emma said, backing him up. "Besides, it could be true."

"That's true, but they could have also stayed behind," Ray said.

"Then why can't we see her face?!" Phil demanded, glaring at Ray.

"They're a girl?" Norman asked, just as shocked as the other three were.

"Do you know something about them?" Emma asked softly.

"I... I don't know. But it feels right," Phil replied with some level of confidence. It was quiet for a moment before Phil piped up.

"They're name is Kieran!"

"Isn't that a guy's name?" Ray asked, quirking a brow.

"But," Norman walked up to Phil, patting his head. "It feels familiar."

"Are we solving a murder case?!" Once again the older three kids heads snapped down to see Sarah staring up at them with sparkly eyes.

"Uh, not really but kind of?" Phil said, unsure.

"I wanna help too!" Sarah said, bouncing up and down.

"Me too!" Johnathan shouted, popping out from nowhere.

"I'd like to help too!" Eitan said, coming from behind Ray, shocking him. Phil have a large smile, lighting up the room.

"Thanks everyone!"
