Y/N's POV: We are on our way to Applebee's for lunch, Aidan is driving, I'm sitting in the passenger seat and the kids are in the back. We finally arrive at Applebee's and Aidan and I are getting the kids out of the car. " are you kids ready to go" Y/N asks? Both Blake and Belle says at the same time "yes" with a smile on their faces.
Narrator's POV: Y/N, Aidan and the kids make their way in Applebee's and they are currently waiting to be seated.
Aidan's POV: We finally got seated and Y/N sat with Belle and Blake sat by me. "So what are you guys going to get"?I asked. Y/N says " I am going to get y/f/d ( your favorite drink) and the kids are going to get a sprite, what are you going to drink"? " I think I will get a water" I say. Just then the waiter came up to the table and asked us what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order.
Y/N's POV: The waiter came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. " hi I am Matthew I will be your server today, so what can I get you guys for drinks" " hi I will get y/f/d and the kids will have a sprite". Then Matthew asked Aidan what he wanted and Aidan says a water. Matthew says " alright are you guys ready to order or do you need another minute to decide"? I looked at Aidan and we decided we needed another minute to decide. "alright I will be back with those drinks" Matthew says with a kind smile. After Matthew leaves Aidan and I asks the kids what they want to eat. "So Blake and belle what do you want to get"? Aidan asked them. Blake and Belle both say "chicken tenders and fries" at the same time with a smile. Aidan looks at me and asked what I was going to get. Y/N says" I am going to get y/f/f ( your favorite food) , what about you"? Aidan says " I think I'm gonna get the vegan burger and fries". Y/N says " sounds good". The waiter came back with our drinks and we told him what we wanted to eat. The waiter left and we talked for a little bit and then the waiter came back with the food. "Here is the food sir and here is the chicken tenders and fries for the little ones and how can I forget your food pretty lady" Mathew says with a wink 😉. Matthew left and Aidan gave the waiter a glare😒. I could tell that Aidan was jealous that the waiter was flirting with me.
Aidan's POV: As the waiter left I gave the waiter a glare😒. I will admit that I am a little jealous... ok I am a lot jealous but how can I not be he is flirting with the mother of my children and I am trying to win Y/N back but I can't do that if this guy is flirting with her? Y/N looked at me cause I must of spaced out for a minute. "You ok" Y/N asked me concerned. "Yeah I'm ok just spacing out is all" Aidan says with a reassuring smile 😊. "You sure you don't look ok" Y/N says still a little worried. I think Y/N knows that I'm jealous. The waiter came back and asked if everything was ok, Y/N said "yes" but in my head I said "no". The waiter left and the kids were enjoying them selves.
(20 minutes later)
The waiter came back with the check and then left. Y/N says" I will pay for the food" but I tell her that " I will pay for the food don't worry about it". But she refuses to let me pay so she takes the bill and opened it to pay and then her eyes were scanning something so I asked her what it was and she handed me the bill and this is what I see:
