I was unconscious, breathless, and felt defeated. What was that I thought in my head. My eyes still shut, but I could feel how injured I was. I think one of my legs may have been broken. Like the bone ripped our of its socket. I hit the wall pretty hard. I started having visions of that black figure in my head. Barley moving I tried to open my eyes, but they were shut. As if someone hot glue gunned them together. I was in so much pain. Shade I thought. What happened to the others? We all flew back in different directions. I couldn't see who went where. So many emotions and thoughts were running through my head as if my head was about to explode. Suddenly my eyes started to water. I could feel them starting to moist again. A tear went down my face. I was just lying there with my eyes still shut. Then I slowly started to move my eye a bit, but it hurt. I began to gain consciousness again. Air was blowing in my face. I could feel my heart slowly starting to beat again. Did I just die for the time I was unconscious? I thought. I pinched my eyes slowly. Feeling my hand under a bunch of rocks. The rocks started to move. I could feel it. I started to move my hands out from under the rocks. There were bruises and scratched on the top of my hand. Then I moved my legs. My whole body started to move in pain slowly. I couldn't feel my legs. My lips and eyes started to open gently. As I opened up my mouth I could taste the dust in the air. Disgusting! That's enough I thought. My legs and arms crushing through the rocks. I could feel my legs and arms again, but I was badly injured. I breathed in the dusty air. My eyes opened, but it was all blury. I slowly got up. My back was not on the ground anymore. I rubbed my eyes with my dusty and bloody hands. I layed back down and relaxed trying to think of what just happened. My eyes started to clear. The dust was moving out of my eyes. Suddenly I regained my consciousness and I could see clearly. ~Close up of Emma's  Eye
