Luke's POV
It is the day after we talked about Percy's rescue. Thalia, Nico, and I plan on getting him back today, I did swear to Zoe I would get him back anyway. I won't fail her, not if I have anything to say about it. I was waiting in the kitchen, around our island, for Nico. Thalia was digging her head in the fridge, looking for something to eat before we go.
"Hey, Luke! should I bring water or sparkling water for the trip?" Thalia asks me.
"Well, if you bring sparkling water, you could shake it and distract the enemy, but regular water is more practical, and Percy could use it more," I say. I know I gave her reasons, but I think she can make her own decision.
"That sort of helps I guess," Thalia's voice goes quiet as she digs into the fridge again to decide.
"Hey guys, are you ready?" I hear Nico's voice call out from the living room. He probably just woke up. He is not, a morning person. Trust me, pull a morning prank on that man and he will chase you to the other side of the galaxy. It was not a pleasant experience.
"Ya Nico, we are just waiting for you to be honest," Thalia says as she packs some regular water into her small pack slung across her shoulder.
"You people are impossible! I just want sleep, is that too much to ask?" I hear Nico yell from the living room. It was already ten in the morning and he just woke up. I don't get how one person can sleep that long.

By the time we are all ready, it is almost eleven in the morning. We meet Chaos by Thalia's Pine Tree. I still remember the night where she sacrificed herself to save me and that traitor, Annabeth with Grover. Good times.
"Are you guys ready? I don't know where these coordinates lead too, so you have to be prepared for anything. End has a few nasty tricks up his sleeve," Chaos says. We all nod as he opens a portal that will hopefully lead us to Percy.
We walk through to be greeted in the front of a dungeon, all navy blue with hundreds of guards in the front, and probably more inside. We were crouched by a bush, about fifty feet in front of where the portal spit us out.
"Alright, Nico, do you think you could shadow travel us in, or is it too dangerous with this many guards?" Thalia asks. We don't want to be noticed too much.
"I think it would be too dangerous Thals. There are way too many guards, and I'll need to get everyone out, including Percy, and that will take a lot of my strength," Nico replied.
"So we sneak in, or take out the guards in the front," I say. I get silence for a bit, then slow nods from Nico and Thalia.
"The guards come around each corner every ten seconds, so if we snipe a few out, we could get more time to sneak in and weaken their numbers," Thalia explains. We nod and get out some small throwing knives. We each aim and take out about ten guards each, giving us more time to sneak in through the doors.
As we make our way up to the front, the next round of guards has not rounded the corner. We get through the doors and are greeted with a corridor that branches off right, left, and straight ahead. There are plaques above each one though. The right one reads Barracks, not going that way. The center one is labeled with Private Quarters, a definite NO. The left one says Prison, which is exactly where we want to go.
We all head left, staying by the edges of the wall. We encounter a few guards while heading there. We make quick work of them though. We get to a big, thick, iron door with a heavy handle. When we open the door, we are all shocked about what we see. There are empty cells with the doors closed, but we can see straight through the iron bars. In the cells, blood litters the floor, along with chains cemented to the middle of the floor. If this is what it's like in the empty and regular cells, then what is Percy's going to look like? I think. Never mind, I don't want to think about that right now. We are here to save him, not dwell on what happened here.
